The hose adapter was life-changing for me. The AHI is consistently less than 3 since I have it. Either that, or sleeping w 3 pillows, or putting a tennis ball on my back to avoid rolling over

.Should be Hose-to-FaceMask
This small tubing has been the best investment, even though I feel that it was labelled incorrectly. I just happen to be reading someones comments who needed it for exactly what I needed it for and thought I would give it a try. If anyone is using cpap or bipap and find that their mask is pressed to their face by the stiff tubing, just add this little adapter and it is so flexible that your mask will move with your face and not the tubing. Also, if you have a SoClean unit and are using oxygen at night you have several tees and adapters to deal with and may not be able to get the lid to close on the SoClean unit, with this small tubing on your mask, everything works.

.Great multitasker
This is sold individually to be used between machine (especially if it is at an odd angle) and tube, but I use it on the other end, between tube and mask. They come that way on the Evo ComfortFit mask--my favorite--and make it easy to read in bed if you lie on your side. It bends in a way the tube does not. I love these and keep extras around to go with whatever mask I am using.

It does what it's supposed to do, but there was a faint whistling noise - probably from the flexible ribs.
