Delivery was excellent but the Cpap mask does t fit my face very well. Air was leaking out all over and I couldn’t use the mask so leaving a bad review of the mask itself and not the company as I would order a different mask in the future.

I've had this for 1 month. Leaks air as it doesn't have a sealing gasket around where it attaches to the base/nozzle. The leak causes loud whistling no matter size or adjustment. Might be ok with lower pressure, but not for my settings/machine.

The mask fits well and works, the problem is the mask comes off the holder way to EZ, It falls of when you remove the mask for bathroom or water. Then finding it in the dark is just a pain in the ****. To recommend to a friend I would tell them about my problem.

Most comfortable ever tried. The hose connection allows lots of movement without breaking seal. Extremely quite. Easy cleaning. Light weight. I roll around when sleeping & haven't broken seal yet. Love this mask. I can get free Mirage Quattro thru VA yet choose to purchase this mask on my own. Was worried about quality due to lower price but am extremely satisfied. Thanks Direct Home Medical.

Good Morning, I was pleased to purchase and try your full face mask kit at such a reasonable price. I have a small framed face and was experiencing problems with leaking on another mask. After trying each mask I settled into the large mask. I was able to sleep better for a longer period wearing it. My concern is replacement costs. It seems that was a promotion price because the fees I reviewed were doubled the original purchase. Thank you for this opportunity to share my experience.

I like this mask because it's slightly wider at the bridge of my nose and doesn't pinch my nose shut like other full-face masks have. I love that it includes small, medium, and large sizes to trial. One downside is the airhole vents on the mask sometimes whistle a bit when pressures get higher. Generally, not an issue when I'm going to sleep, but if I wake up overnight, I have to reset the ramp to get back to sleep.

Sleep apnea, a nasal cushion, and Parosmia & Hypogeugia don't work well with one another on regards to adequate sleep. I've tried to wear my husband's full face mask out of sheer desperation. I HATED it! It literally covered midway down my forehead to bottom of my chin, and from ear to ear. Severe claustrophobia effect going on there! Anyway, I had a 17 days stretch over which I only logged a total of 30ish hours of sleep due to the COVID-19 SARS-2 ANOSMIA AND DYSGEUSIA situation. Parosmia and Hypogeugia are the absolute worst case scenario types of Anosmia and Dysgeusia, which causes a smell and taste horrific, vile smell to literally everything, food, drinks, even air. Believe me I have tried everything! These issues have caused the severe sleep deprivation mentioned above, as well as a weight loss of 28.9 lbs in 28 days, due to the constant vomiting due to the whole tastes so vile smells so vile that you are literally vomiting constantly, 24/7 forever (at least that is what feels like). So, I received my Sierra full face mask last week, I believe. Immediately I slept 7 hours!! It works so well, that, I literally slept for 18.5 hours within a 24 hour stretch of time!!! Now, if that isn't a great selling point, I don't know what is!! Also, I love the comfort and fit of my new mask, that I've already decided to use it as my favorite choice of sleep apnea masks!!! You will note that I've ordered two sizes, Medium and Large. My husband is currently undergoing a very intense dental overhaul, he is looking forward to trying out his mask starting Friday, until all of his implants are thoroughly healed, and 100% of his treatment are done. Like I said, a GREAT selling point once again!!! Thanks for the availability of the Sierra full face mask on your website, and for such an amazing cost! Definitely a high recommendation to whomever will listen!!! Thank you! Love all the thoroughly satisfying sleep!!!
