First time customer. When ordering the lady had to put a Cohutta, Ga address which prevented order from leaving the plant. They had my number they could have called and asked about confirming the address. Have since resolved the issue, package is coming. Thing is I really needed one part that was ordered as soon as possible, which is why I had 2 day UPS. Hopefully delivery will not be an issue from now on. I will say though everyone was quiet helpful when I talked to them.

Cannula order

Placing an order was great but then we were notified that it is out of stock. It has now been 2 weeks and it is still out of stock.
