UNIQUE CUSHION ELIMINATES PRESSURE POINTS
At the heart of the Amara View is its unique under-the-nose cushion. The main body of the cushion covers your mouth so you can breathe naturally, as needed, with your mouth open or closed. A small, rectangular hole in the top of the cushion allows you to breath through your nose as well. There are no nasal inserts, pillows or extras; just a single cushion that delivers therapy air to your nose and mouth allowing you to breathe naturally and rest fully throughout the night.
FLEXIBLE SHORT TUBE & 360° SWIVEL
A short delivery tube extends from the body of the Amara View's elbow to provide a lightweight, flexible connection to your main breathing tube. The flexible tube is designed to minimize pressure and pull on the face and therapy tubing. The 360° swivel elbow provides greater flexibility for tube positioning during sleep as well.

.MAYBE NOT THE RIGHT CPAP MASK, BUT GREAT SERVICE
I've been struggling with CPAP masks that are uncomfortable and just plain don't work. So when I found the opportunity to try one that seemed hopeful -- with the option of having my money returned if it didn't work -- I jumped on it. The ordering process was easy, it was delivered promptly and I was very happy with that. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that although I had ordered what I thought was just one mask, I actually received THREE. One small, one medium, one large. So I was able to try to see which one might work. As it turned out, none really did. So I'll be returning them in the next day or so. The REAL test will come when I find out how that goes. I WOULD recommend this to a friend because what didn't work for me, might work for them. It's worth a try. And they do have some other products I may want to try some time in the future.

.Game changer
This fits well with minimum leakage. Must tuck hose under me, or else it won’t seal. I have it a 3 because it does press on my bottom front teeth. I try to change the cushion every 45-60 days, or else it will not seal. I do not like the magnetic feature. As the head gear ages, the magnets do not work as well

Mask leak is minimal. Some times the bottom rides up into the mouth. It woud be better if the bottom were heavier plastic. The ask allows me to watch tv without obstructions. There is no breakage of astic parts. The magnetic closure is innovative.

.Could not keep a seal
I really wanted to love this mask because of the way it's made. It's pretty comfortable to wear and doesn't cover your nose and go over the front or your head. When I first used it at night it worked great. The problems happen when you have to get up to go to the bathroom. I found it a bit hard to unclip and horrible to try and clip back in place. If you just unhook the hose you can't really breath because you are breathing what you exhale. And when you finally reattach the hose and clip it back in place the leaking problems start. It seem the rest of the night it never sealed as well as the first time. I tried all three sizes and had the same problem......I would go through this several times a night so I finally went back to my old mask.

This was a nice ,well made mask, but I tried all 3 sizes and was unable to achieve a good seal. My sleep score was bad and events per hour increased. Had to return it. The return process through Direct Home Medical is quick and easy and as always their customer service is the best!!

I have tried several masks. Nose pillows, half masks, etc.With mixed and horrible results. Sleepless nights, facial scars, nose bridge “burns”, scar acne, increased apnea episodes, etc. This Mask does NOT slip, stays put, does cause any scarring, or irritation. Free breathing. I did order sleep tape as I am an open mouth sleeper and tend to have dry mouth. Other than that I am extremely pleased and the price is reasonable!

.It's the best one on the market!
I had tried 4 different types of masks. The full face mask rubbed the bridge of my nose raw. I was on line looking through different masks and I found one that did rub the bridge of nose but had small plugs that went into my nostrils. After trying all of the plugs, the area of skin between may nostrils was raw, followed by the inside edges of both nostrils. I came across the Amara Full View mask. It is lightweight, the straps are easily adjustable and undo 2 clips and it's off. It's just as easy to put on. I paid for this out of pocket and it's the best money I've spent in years! If you need a full face mask, look no further. I wear mine 10-12 hours a day. There have been times when I unhooked the hose and forgot I had it on!

.Meeting my needs
This is my fourth full-face mask. The three previous have failed to work for me.... leaks and more leaks. So far, I have in a week been able to get my average leaks for the Amara View down to average of 6 L/min. The first few nights weren't so good. My events have been higher than my Pico, but getting better. I don't miss the chin-strap I needed to wear with the Pico nasal mask. DirectHomeMedical.com is a great business.

.Does not cover mouth
I had high hopes for this mask but it felt like the cushions were too small. When I adjusted the mask high enough for the nose to seal correctly the mouth opening was to high and didn't cover the corners of my mouth. it seems to me the only difference in the cushion sizes is the area for the nose. There doesn't seem to be a difference in the width of mouth opening or the distance from the nose to the mouth opening. I wear a large mask on my AirFit F20. This mask may work better for someone with a smaller face.
