Description
With the 16SOFT Salter wasn't content to improve just the cannula's tubing and faceplate; they also redesigned the bolo to resist twisting while maximizing comfort and wearability. 16SOFT cannulas include a standard oxygen supply tubing connector end so they're easy to attach to longer tubing when necessary.
Every inch of the Salter-Style 16SOFT Nasal Oxygen Cannula is designed to bring a touch of comfort and softness to oxygen therapy. No wonder Salter’'s 1600 series are the cannulas most often worn by long-term oxygen patients.
USAGE: This cannula is disposable and should be discarded and replaced when it becomes soiled, discolored or the prongs become stiff. For best performance cannulas should be replaced at least once every 14 days. For complete instructions review the documentation that came with your equipment.

I bought this to replace some other tubing that used a connector between two tubings. Now if you step on the tubing, there’s no problem!! Works great especially in the shower; accidently stepping on the tubing no longer hurts the bottom of my feet!!!

Softness at the nose is the best. Hose leading into nose gets hard after a couple of weeks of continuous use, restricts air, needs replacing. But, that is to be expected. Great product!

I like having the cannula attached to the tubing instead of using the connectors and I like having 14' and 25' lengths for different applications. I have tried other brands but NONE have been as comfortable for me as this brand. The facial tubing is SO much softer, more comfortable around the ears and doesn't leave as deep an impression on my face. (Still does but easier to resolve with creams). So happy to have found the Salter style in these lengths.

Much more comfortable for my nights on oxygen. The supplied tubing from the medical supply center was hard and not easy to to sleep with. This tubing is nice and soft and comfortable. Hardly know it on. Highly recommended.
