Because the nasal cushion’s active cell does all the work, the Activa LT is less dependant on headgear tension to achieve an effective seal. In fact, the Mirage Activa LT works best with some slack in the headgear—no more overtightening straps! That means easier fitting, improved comfort and fewer strap marks. Headgear is available in three sizes (Small, Medium, Large) and a variety of colors so that you can customize the look of your mask. Quick release clips mean once you find your optimal headgear settings you won't have to adjust them each time you put on your mask.

The Mirage Activa LT features an innovative vent design that reduces noise by approximately 49% over the original Mirage Activa. Located on the elbow for easy cleaning and disassembly, the diffuse vents are designed to disperse air quietly and softly, at a short distance, away from the bed partner. The elbow partition also aids CO2 washout and further reduces noise.
CONVERTABLE COMFORT WITH SOFTGEL & ACTIVA LT
Because the Mirage SoftGel and the Mirage Activa LT share the same mask frame you can use both Activa LT ActiveCell and SoftGel DoubleGel cushions with your mask.

.Excellent product
I have a high pressure, so having a deep cushion is important. I have been using the Mirage Activa for the 17 years I have been on CPAP. I have tried other masks and nasal cushions, but my required pressure caused problems. This mask works. This new one is different than the one I have used for the past 17 years. The opening is smaller for the same size make and the clips have been redesigned so they are not at easy to hook/unhook. The only issue I had is the outgassing of the new mask, i.e. smelling of plastic. Not something one wants to breath deep into the lungs.

.Activa LT Cushion
The cushion that comes with this is horrible. I have always used the old style gel cushion (no longer available) with no issues. The LT cushion is always leaking. Starting to think I need to wrap packaging tape around my head in order to keep the cushion tight enough.

Excellent product; confortable and fits great. It stays in place even if move while you sleep or sleep on your stomach. I like the material that is soft and adheres to your skin I dislike the price that is high compared to other brands.

This used to be my favorite mask ever, until a mix up in shipping, I received a Mirage Activa mask instead of the Mirage Activa LT. I just found I sleep better with the non-LT. and it is much quieter.

.Mirage activate LT nasal mask
This was one of the best fitting masks I've tried. It was comfortable and allowed me a good seal with side sleeping. However, I use it with humidification (resmed climate control) and a small amount of condensation in the mask on the exhalation diffuser caused a very loud noise and awakened me suddenly. This alarming noise made this otherwise very good mask unacceptable for me.

I have been using this mask for about two weeks, and from the first night I have been happier with this mask than any other I have used. The flexible design really does work to eliminate leaks. It is, in my opinion, brilliant! When they say you don't have to wear the straps as tight and you will experience fewer to no marks on your face, they aren't kidding. I have a sensitive nose and was concerned about the smaller size of what I call the baffle, but I am not bothered by it any more than any other mask I've tried. I gave this 4 stars only because I do have to adjust it a couple times for my hyper sensitive nose and because it does leak infrequently as far as i am aware, but having been trying masks for years just trying to find one that "leaks the least," this is going to be tough to beat. I love this mask.

.This is it for me!
I have a sensitive nose and just the addition of 1/2 inch of tape at the bridge of my nose does it. No sores like I had before. I can move and relax with this mask. While I may have some leaks, my numbers are great!
