Description
For optimal performance ultra fine filters should be changed regularly when they appear soiled or discolored.
DIMENSIONS: Approximately 1.75 (1-3/4) inches long by .875 (7/8) inch wide. These filters were originally manufactured with a small tab on the long edge however the tab is no longer included as it has been determined that it can cause the filters to pop out of the machine during use.
COMPATIBILITY: All PR System One REMstar CPAP Machines (PR System One REMstar SE, REMstar Plus, PR System One REMstar Pro, PR System One REMstar Auto, etc.). All PR System One BiPAP Machines (PR System One BiPAP Pro, PR System One BiPAP Auto, PR System One BiPAP ST, PR System One BiPAP AVAPS, etc.). All M-Series REMstar CPAP Machines (M-Series REMstar, M-Series REMstar Plus, M-Series REMstar Pro, M-Series REMstar Auto, etc). All M-Series BiPAP Machines (M-Series BiPAP Plus, M-Series BiPAP Pro, M-Series BiPAP Auto, etc.). All SleepEasy CPAP Machines.
USAGE: These filters are NOT compatible with older REMstar systems. Older REMstar and other Respironics System filters are available elsewhere on this site.

Have used since product had small tab at the top. The thickness of the product was excellent. Since removing the tab, the thickness was reduced causing the need to change more than once a month. At 2.25, with 2 clients using, can get pricey for the year if insurance doesn't cover.

I am happy with the product and the timely delivery. I would have been more satisfied if I had been able to tell that there was only one(1) filter per pack. That was not clear in the description or ordering process. I didn't how many I was getting until it arrived. Had I known ahead of time I would have ordered additional quantity.

I use a combination of the fine filter with the black foam filter. I just refuse to use my machine without either. It makes the difference between sleeping and not sleeping. I have always purchased all my cpap needs from Direct Home Medical and have never been let down.

I have found that using these OEM filters are easier to install and will stay in place better than the after market ones that my local medical equipment sells me. Buying 3 six packs at a time gives me a savings almost comparable to my out of pocket using my co-pay with my local merchant.
