A short delivery tube extends from the body of the Brevida's elbow to provide a lightweight, flexible connection to your main breathing tube. The flexible tube is designed to minimize pressure and pull on the face and therapy tubing. Two 360° swivels at the elbow and the tube end provide greater flexibility for tube positioning.

.Too soft of nose piece
The headgear is fine. but the nose piece that is supposed to fit in the nostril of the nose is very thin and bends the opposite direction, so it cuts off the air flow.

.Great Nasal Pillow Mask
Good fit with a fully adjustable head gear. My favorite feature is the diffuser on the elbow. It not only makes the mask much quieter, it also greatly reduces the exhale air flow so my wife doesn't have air blowing directly into her face all night.

Over the years I've had many masks and several different types of nose pillow and this is by far the best. It's small and light and the pillow fits better than the resmed pillows I've used in the past. Especially great for side sleepers like me.

.Brevida Nasal Pillows
Seemed OK at first, but after about a week, noticed my front teeth were hurting. Due to the tube hanging downwards, the clear hard plastic piece pushes against my top lip all night, which causes my gums, and hence, my teeth to hurt. Adjusting the straps doesn't help. If you can get the tube to come from the top direction, then it may not be an issue, but I don't have that option. I've had the original Pilairo and loved it, so I thought this would be similar, but definitely not.

.Thought I would try this Mask
This CPAP mask is working great for me. I had developed quite a red nose from my nasal mask. I had previously tried nasal pillow mask but because my CPAP pressure was so high it made it difficult to breathe and get a good seal. When I tightened the mask my nose nostrils would become sore so back to nasal mask....until I saw this special nasal pillows with cushions....so far seal is good and no red nose!

I was eager to get this mask because it was advertised to be a great mask when sleeping with a partner because it did not blow air out the front as did most other nasal masks. It wasn't that much of an improvement in that regard. But the principal reason I returned it was because it never fit snugly enough to not leak and it wasn't as comfortable as my existing nasal mask.

.Great Nasal Pillow Design - Terrible Headgear
The F&P Brevida CPAP Mask was a terrible disappointment: 1. The headgear is so loose, that even when tightened to the maximum setting, it won't stay on. If I were petite, I might think it was because I was too small, but at 220 lbs, I am not a small person. This headgear is too stretchy and too big. 2. From day one, the mask leaked severely at the 360 degree swivel joint. I felt like I was being air-conditioned all night long. 3. The weight of the tubing pulled on the stretchy headgear, so the nose pillow never stayed snug. It was always partially pulled away from my face, which caused it to leak constantly around the nose. The only good thing I have to say is that the nose pillow is very comfortable and would have worked beautifully if the headgear had been designed better. Something to secure the tubing to the top of the headgear would have held the nose pillow in it's proper position, improved comfort, and prevented leaking. What a shame! This CPAP mask could have been great, but it wasn't. .

Great Service - Fast Delivery. Nice Product, however it keeps coming loose. It makes loud air sounds and I have to wake up my husband to get him to adjust the device. He decided to keep the item. He wants to 'try it again later' - but, not sure how it would be any different. I was really hoping it would work.

.Nice, but not for me
With two sizes, I was sure one would work for me. The nasal pillows were comfortable to start, but I was unable to get it to seal. All night long air escaped upward and blew into both eyes. The headgear is easy to adjust with the velcro-type straps. Worth a try. I ended up returning it. The Brevida has good reviews and I can understand why. It just did not work for me.

This is the second F & P Brevida Nasal Pillows CPAP Mask that I have ordered. I started a year and a half ago on my therapy with a PF 10 Mask. There is no comparison to the comfort and fit that I have had with this mask. I stumbled upon the ad while surfing the net and thought it looked like it would be a good fit, easy to roll over from side to side without having to adjust the mask and low and behold my thought was right. I highly recommend this mask to anyone looking for comfort.

I've only used this for a few days now, but am hopeful that I've found a mask I'll use for a long time. This mask seems to have the best parts of the Activa that I've used for years, and the several different nasal pillows that I've used in the past. Like the Activa, the air pressure helps to seal the pillows without having to tighten the mask down, but this mask doesn't have the weight of the Activa. Unlike other nasal pillows, this one is very soft, and seals well under many different laying positions, which is important for me as I am an active sleeper. The only thing that I don't like completely is the headgear, which is simple and very light, but maybe would work better if it were a little bit more stout. But all-in-all, if I don't get sores in my nose from the pillows as I have in the past with other masks, I think this will be a very satisfactory experience.

I have been using this for 16 nights now and so far I am loving it. It is easy to get leak free, creates no sore spots anywhere and I can bury my face in my pillow which I apparently love to do. I have had no problem with the headgear sliding up which was a deal breaker for the DreamWear for me. My AHI has been very low nightly. Hoping it continues I would be thrilled

I have been using the Brevida now for a little over 2 weeks and I have to say it is the best mask I have ever owned and I have been through quite a few over the past 15 years. During my transition from a CPAP to BiPAP device, I have gone from a full mask, to a nasal mask and finally to pillow mask and none, including the several other pillow masks I have tried, have provided as much comfort and leak prevention as the Brevida. Not only is the mask itself very comfortable and minimal in design, contrary to another review here on it, I find the head gear to be the best ever. A note on the head gear however is that instead of wearing both the rear straps over the back of the head, I wear the lower of the two on the back of my head and slide the upper of the two over the top of my head. For me it stays nicely in position this way and helps accomplish a leak proof seal with the mask. I really like the fact that the straps which fit over the back of the head are smaller and have no buckles or Velcro on the back of them. It's the first head gear set that I really can say I hardly notice at all against the pillow. The only thing I did find, if you can even consider it a negative which I do not, is that you really do have to try both pillows (so make sure to order both sizes) and play around with the head gear tension a bit to find the optimal fit, but then that is usually true of most masks. All in all, this one is truly a winner and I would not even consider going back to my previous mask, the swift II nasal, after wearing the more comfortable, more leak resistant and lighter Brevida. Bravo Brevida!

I am a typical CPAP user. I am in love with my CPAP machine, but I have had better luck with some masks than others. While I generally like the Brevida Nasal Pillows CPAP mask, I absolutely HATE the so-called adjustable headgear. The headgear does not fit as well as other headgear. The nasal pillows are also a bit thin, and collapse easily if you roll around at night and the mask slips and there are air leaks. GREAT concept overall ... I would LOVE to see them make a couple of tweeks to this product!
