Although sharing many similaries to the AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow masks, the AirFit N30 is even quieter at only 18 dBa.
QUICK FIT AUTO-ADJUSTING HEADGEAR
AirFit N30's unique QuickFit headgear, with split-strap design, is auto-adjusting and simple to fit -- just spread the back straps apart for a looser fit, or bring them together for a tighter fit. The warp-knitted nylon headgear -- in gray with blue highlights -- is unobtrusive and elasticated so it gently stabilizes the mask and pulls the pillows into place. A tiny headgear clip can be used to make minor adjustments if needed, so keeping it comfortable is simple, too.
INTEGRATED FLEXI-TUBE
The AirFit N30 includes an integrated, lightweight flexible short tube that extends off of the mask frame -- stretching and bending to increase flexibility while maintaining seal and stability. It is designed to accommodate a wide range of sleeping positions comfortably without mask drag or catching.
REMARKABLY LIGHTWEIGHT, MINIMALIST DESIGN
Made up of just three parts -- nasal cushion, headgear, and mask frame with integrated short tube -- the AirFit N30 is about 50% lighter than previous ResMed nasal masks. The minimalist design requires very little facial contact, has no forehead support, and no hard parts that touch the face. First off this company is great & has nothing to do with the fit of this mask! Could not get it to seal & I tried everything. First time I’ve ever had a problem getting a mask to seal in over 25 yrs of cpap use. Returned this one & Going back to my Airfit P10

.Bad strap, some cushion leaks
I wanted so much to love this. The nasal cushion is more comfortable than the P10, but there are leaks that wake me up. The strap is not as good as the P10. The adjustment also slips, so that’s probably why it leaks. If I could use the P10 strap with it, that might work!

I like it as it is the best mask I used so far and I hope they never quit making it. Once in a while it leaks when I toss and turn but a slight adjustment cures it. Very comfortable to wear even with glasses when I watch TV.

.No interface for heated tubing
There is no interface for using with the heated tubing that comes with my Airsense 10 CPAP machine. Reaching out to the reseller resulted in a response saying that I had a partially retained piece of an old mask (no, I had already checked for that; and the problem is the heated tubing is *too large*, not too small as one would expect when dealing with a retained piece of an old mask). Basically money down the drain.

I have tried probably 8 masks since receiving my replacement machine. I wasn't shy about asking for a different mask this time around. Once I received this, I was skeptical on whether it could hold up to my tossing and turning. Well, it is definitely my favorite so far. Try it out! I get smiley faces daily now on my mask seal. Yay

.Very comfortable but too noisy
This mask is very comfortable - the soft nasal pillow does not irritate my noise and the straps are good. Unfortunately, perhaps due to the nasal pillow, it is not as quiet as I would like - or as my spouse would like. My sleep was frequently interrupted by a sharp jab to my ribs and a lilting voice saying "You're leaking again!" I contatacted Direct Home Medical and they are going to take it back and refund my money. Great customer support! Thanks!! Going back to the P10.

I've used APAP 10 years. Just can't do full face mask, don't like pillows. Love cushion. Used OptiLife for years liked a lot. No longer made. Tried one of the major manf masks with tube on top and rubber (?) air down sides. Liked but never got a good fit and the air tubes bothered me. THE AIRFIT N30 SOLVED ALL.Its lighter and fits better than any so far. Quiet! Very, very quiet. Cushion fits perfect and stays where I put it. I love the N30.

I have recently been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea so have tried many masks. This mask works for me! I cannot get any of the full face masks to stop leaking air but thankfully this one doesn't!! If u are new to CPAP equipment, this one is definitely worth a try with DHM's great 30 Night Free Trial!!!!

.Best Mask I've Used
I panicked when Resmed discontinued the Optilife mask I'd been using successfully since my first sleep study. When I went for another sleep study recently, the technician suggested an Airfit N30 as an alternative to the Optilife. I slept very well with it, and have continued using it since then. It fits extremely well, doesn't leak, and is light and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

have owned airfit p10 but it made my nostrils sore and red inside, tried the dreamwear but due to side sleeping never got a decent seal and seemed like a lot around edges of face, i did have one other brand that had comfortable gel nasal pillow, but head gear was a bit much, this is heaven in comparison to all, cradles your nose and rare that my side sleeping causes loss of seal, no more sore nose and minimal head strap interference, i am sold

.It just doesn't fit
I was so hopeful this was going to be the best nasal mask I've ever tried, but it isn't right for me. I initially ordered a medium, using the size guide online, but it was way too small. I then ordered a small/wide, and that fits more comfortably but leaks. Neither size gave me a good seal so both were leaking air loudly all night. I adjusted the headgear but that didn't help. I hope I can return it. I would like to make clear, however, that dealing with DirectHomeMedical.com was a pleasure. Both orders were delivered quickly and their customer service is wonderful. I won't hesitate to purchase from them whenever I need new CPAP supplies.

.Better than the P10
The AirFIT P10 has been my "go to" mask for a long time; but I really like the updates they made to this headgear. Also the cradle cushion is nice. I'm not sure if I like that better or the P10 pillows but both great masks. Maybe combine the two?
