DYNAMIC SUPPORT FOR A BETTER FIT
Standard and under-the-nose full face CPAP masks have a narrow vertical support zone that can lead to unwanted leaks, pinching, over-tightening, and ultimately an uncomfortable, and unsuccessful, sleep apnea therapy experience. F&P Vitera includes Dynamic Support, with a RollFit XT Seal and Stability Bar, that expands the support zone allowing the mask to adjust through the night for comfortable, successful sleep therapy.

ROLL FIT XT SEAL
As the name suggests, the RollFit XT Seal rolls back and forth on the nose, auto-adjusting during sleep to reduce pressure on hard to fit areas, like the bridge of the nose, while increasing overall seal and comfort. The RollFit XT Seal incorporates integrated stability panels for optimal sealing performance and stability that adapts to any and all sleeping positions throughout the night. The RollFitx XT Seal extends 93% further than the previous generation Simplus RollFit Seal.

VENTICOOL TECHNOLOGY HEADGEAR
Fisher & Paykel's VentiCool headgear is supplied with all F&P Vitera Full Face CPAP Masks - a custom-made breathable fabric which allows moisture and heat to escape through the headgear fabric. This headgear also has embedded Velcro Tabs and Easy-Clip Hooks which allow for easy fitting and removal without constant adjustments. VentiCool Headgear is designed to keep you cool and comfortable during sleep.

LOW PROFILE EASY FRAME
A slim Easy Frame on the Vitera provides stability in a minimalist format ensuring a clearer line of sight, so your sleep therapy feels less restrictive and cumbersome. One Easy Frame fits all three seal sizes too so changing your mask size is as easy as buying a new cushion.

VISIBLUE HIGHLIGHTS FOR EASY ASSEMBLY & FITTING
Blue highlights, incorporated into key components of the Vitera Full Face Mask, provide visual cues to the user that make the mask easy to orient, assemble and disassemble your mask.

THREE SIZES INCLUDED TO PROVIDE A CUSTOM FIT
Vitera is available in three different sizes — Small, Medium & Large -- to fit a wide range of users. This FitPack includes all sizes so you can try each one and find your best fit every time!

Received the product and able to swap out and use this new set. I like this set I’ve had it before and got a new set since my old one has finally broke down. Has lasted a very long time. Good craftsmanship.

  • .Works for Side Sleeper, Noisy vent, Sore Nose

I liked the soft feel of the mask cushion. The headgear was comfortable and well-made. I could smoosh my face sideways into my soft pillow without pain or pressure from the mask. The hooks that clipped to the mask were a bit weird but worked fine. I put a strip of velcro on the top of my headgear and strapped my airhose up to the top of my head when I laid down, to make it easier to turn over in the night. That worked well. Problems: You can't wear glasses with this mask. I used the medium mask one night and it made the bridge of my nose sore. I changed to the large mask and it let air blow up into my eyes occasionally during the night, and my nose still got sore, as if the mask were sliding downward to rest on my nose during my sleep. I HATED the air vent. It's located right in front of your nose and blows a lot and is noisy. But at least it does seem to blow straight out, not upwards. Why can't mask makers put the vents down low by the mouth area and use teeny holes that won't blast and won't be noisy? Anyway, if you're looking for a full-face mask that lets you sleep on your side, this is worth a try. My favorite mask at this time is the hybrid ResMed AirFit F30, with a bit of extra-wide pipe cleaner wound around inside the air vent, to deflect and quiet the air noise. Good luck out there, CPAP users!

I was looking for a more traditional mask than the very minimal full face ones. This is good, it's pretty slim fitting without a lot of bulky frame; but there is still a frame there to support you unlike some of the "soft frame" masks. I like the cushion and the venting. Header is very soft too. (I use with a SleepStyle machine at home and a Transcend when I travel... which I hope to be able to do again soon.)

  • .Vitera - The son of Simplus

F&P has taken a proven design, Simplus, and improved on its sealing ability by extending the compression range of the silicon seals. This allows for greater mask movement before leakage will occur. The headgear is of a lighter design than its predecessor and is very comfortable. The main fault I have found with the mask assembly is directed at it hook and loop connectors on the headgear, mainly the lower straps. After 6 months of use (right out of warranty), the hook material separates from it laminated base that serves as the attaching point to the headgear. The lamination separation ultimately occurred to both sides of the headgear, each on a different night. Having a mask suddenly pop off while asleep does provide for a rude awakening. In order to use the mask, I had stitched the first side together but trashed it after the second side delaminated. With my Simplus lasting for over 6 years this was very disappointing. While I love the mask, replacing the headgear every 6 months and its associated cost has forced me to move on to other masks.
