SleepWeaver 3D Soft Cloth Nasal CPAP Mask with Headgear

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
SleepWeaver 3D is the first truly minimalist CPAP mask--with a low profile, skin friendly cushion made of ultra-light, cooling fabric--that inflates to provide a soft, comfortable, custom sleep therapy experience. SleepWeaver 3D's unique "wing-shaped" headgear is easy to adjust and the loose fit reduces strap marks too. With only soft fabric touching your skin the latex free, silicone free 3D is a natural addition to your sleep routine!
SKIN FRIENDLY, STREAMLINED SOFT CLOTH CUSHION
During CPAP & BiPAP therapy the SleepWeaver 3D's streamlined cloth cushion, with inner comfort lining, inflates gently against the skin, creating a soft, leak free seal. SleepWeaver 3D's advanced, skin friendly fabric wicks moisture away from the face so it feels cool, dry and much more natural than plastic or silicone masks.
LIGHTWEIGHT & FLEXIBLE
Like all SleepWeaver masks, SleepWeaver 3D has no rigid plastic frame and no rubber or silicone cushion. The entire mask is lightweight and free to flex, bend, and stretch with you as you sleep. In addition SleepWeaver 3D comes with a 360° double swivel elbow so tubing can be channeled in any direction -- over the head, down the chest, or to the side.
SMALLER, LOW PROFILE DESIGN
SleepWeaver 3D comes in a single size designed to fit most patients. The low profile cushion is great for people who wear glasses, read or watch TV in bed; and it eliminates contact at the nasal bridge and forehead where sleep therapy users often experience pressure points and pain.
WING-SHAPED, SOFT EDGE HEADGEAR
SleepWeaver 3D's unique wing-shaped headgear has soft straps with rounded edges that channel just above and below the ears. 3D headgear is easy to fit and simple to adjust. This FitPack includes two sizes--Regular and Large--so you can try both and find your best fit right out of the box.
EASY TO CLEAN & MAINTAIN
The 3D is Latex and Silicone Free so it's great for allergy sufferers. A series of small holes, exhalation valves, are built into the fabric of the cushion so there is no direct stream of air to create noise and irritate bed partners. The soft cloth cushion is durable too, so it's very easy to wash by hand and let air dry.

Is the SleepWeaver 3D a specialty mask?
The SleepWeaver 3D Nasal Mask is intended to provide an interface for noninvasive Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) ventilation therapy. This mask is intended for single-patient use in the home and single-patient use in the hospital / institutional environment. This mask is to be used on individuals who are greater than 66 lbs (30 kg).
Does the SleepWeaver 3D Mask come in different sizes?
The soft cloth portion of the mask is only available in one size and the headgear is available in two sizes--regular and large. The most accurate measurement is directly under the jawline. If you measure 16 inches (41cm) or above, then you should consider the large size headgear. If you measure 16.5 inches (42 cm) or less, then you should consider the regular size headgear. The SleepWeaver 3D is intended to be used on individuals who are greater than 66 lbs (30 kg).
What should I do if I am experiencing leaks with my SleepWeaver 3D?
You should make sure your measurements are accurate. If your measurement falls between the two headgear sizes, then you should try each size headgear to see which one provides the best fit. You can also review the fitting videos on this site to help achieve your best fit.
Does the mask come in different colors?
No. The SleepWeaver 3D is available only in blue.
What material is the SleepWeaver 3D made of?
The SleepWeaver 3D cushion is made from the same kind of high-quality fabric used in winter ski clothing. The part of the mask that touches your skin includes polyester, nylon, and elastane, creating a breathable material that helps wick away moisture and heat to keep you comfortable through the night. Most users have no issues with skin allergies or irritation when using this mask. The headgear is made from polyurethane foam, nylon, and Lycra, and it does not contain Mercapto-benzothiazole or Mercapto MX. The plastic swivel is made of durable polycarbonate. As with all polycarbonate products, it may contain trace amounts of BPA.
Does SleepWeaver contain latex?
No, SleepWeaver masks are not made from natural rubber latex.
Does SleepWeaver headgear have magnets?
No, SleepWeaver masks and headgear do NOT use magnets.
Can I replace the swivel on SleepWeaver 3D?
The swivel is permanently attached to the mask and cannot be replaced.
How long will it take to become comfortable with the SleepWeaver 3D?
Most patients report after the first night using our SleepWeaver products, that it is the most comfortable mask they have ever tried! However, it can sometimes take longer than one night to become accustomed to new equipment, especially if you are new to PAP and Sleep therapy. Review the instructions that came with your mask closely; and watch our various video resources for tips and instructions as well.
In what position can the tubing be run when using a SleepWeaver product?
With SleepWeaver 3D, it is recommended you place the hose down towards your chest, or off to either side. If you wish to direct the tubing over your head (for example behind your bed's headboard), ensure that a sufficient length of tube is available so no major kinks form in the tubing. Some PAP users connect 2 lengths of tubing to provide a longer hose which allows greater freedom of movement.
Will SleepWeaver 3D work with my existing CPAP or Bi-Level machine?
SleepWeaver products work with all CPAP, Bi-level and auto-titrating systems. (A tubing adapter may be required for specialty CPAP Machines like Resmed's AirMini.)
Can I use the SleepWeaver with a humidifier?
Yes.
Can I use Supplemental Oxygen?
Yes. We recommend that you connect the oxygen line on the outlet of the PAP machine. (For complete information review the documentation that came with your CPAP/BiPAP machine.
How do I clean the SleepWeaver Mask?
The SleepWeaver should be cleaned by hand washing with a mild, nonabrasive soap in warm water every other day. Never use hot water. Repeat washing until visibly clean. Hand wash the headgear weekly. Rinse well with quality drinking water and allow to air dry out of direct sunlight. Do NOT dry in a machine.
Does the plastic stay need to be removed from the headgear for cleaning?
No.
Does SleepWeaver 3D have an exhalation valve?
The exhalation "valve" on the SleepWeaver 3D is a series of very small holes that gently and quietly exhaust the exhaled air from the mask. These holes provide quiet operation without creating a noisy or disturbing jet of air. The leak rate provided by the exhalation holes is comparable to competitive CPAP masks.
Can the exhalation valve get plugged or clogged?
As long as the mask is properly maintained and washed, the exhalation valve will provide consistent exhaust performance.
Can I sleep on my stomach while wearing the SleepWeaver 3D?
Yes. The air pressure in the SleepWeaver 3D will keep the mask inflated without pressure points. The mask continues to provide CO2 exhalation as long as a portion of the exhalation holes are exposed.
Can I read or watch TV while wearing the mask?
There is nothing in the field of view so users can read or watch TV and even wear eyeglasses while wearing the SleepWeaver 3D.
Can I travel with SleepWeaver 3D?
Yes. SleepWeaver masks are some of the smallest and lightest masks for travel available. They fold into a very small size when not inflated so they will fit easily into any carrying case you would use for traveling.
Can I use the SleepWeaver 3D Mask with a broken nose or deviated septum?
We have had a number of users with anatomic issues around the nose report using the SleepWeaver with success. The pliable nature of the SleepWeaver soft cloth CPAP masks allows it to conform to the user’s facial anatomy even if it is not symmetrical.
Does the SleepWeaver 3D address the problems of people who have skin reactions to plastic masks?
The SleepWeaver 3D is designed to be gentle on the skin. We have had a number of user’s report that their skin irritation problems disappeared after switching to a SleepWeaver.
Can the headgear for each SleepWeaver mask be used with other SleepWeaver products?
No. Each SleepWeaver headgear is specific to its mask and it cannot be interchanged.
Does this mask fit a person who has a full beard?
Yes. The inventor of the SleepWeaver Advance has a full beard and wears the mask himself every night.
What is recommended pressure range for SleepWeaver 3D?
SleepWeaver 3D has been tested and approved for use between 4-20cm H20 on CPAP, Bi-Level and Auto-titrating PAP systems.

Loosen Up!
I've used Sleepweaver masks before and when this one came out I thought I'd try it. I like that it's smaller and lighter than other masks and it sits low on my face, below my eyes. You do have to wear it loosely so it will inflate rather than pulling it tight which can cause it to leak.

Good but hard to seal
This mask is good but has 2 drawbacks. First it’s very hard to get a seal. Second it leaves deep indentations between my upper lip and my nose. The good parts are that it’s light weight and not claustrophobic inducing. I can also turn onto my side which is nice.

Trial
I chose to try this mask because I have developed an allergy to my silicone mask. This was the only one I found that I would not cause an allergic reaction. The problem is that it continues to leak air which dries out my eyes which is almost as bad as the allergy to the silicone mask. I wish there was a different mask that would work.

Inferior product
Poor quality. Uncomfortable. Difficult to maintain seal. Blows in eyes. Came with a "tubing clip", but with no instructions for use. Uncomfortable.

Soft and comfy but leaky
Leaks and gurgles. There's no tab to adjust the fit so I ended up yanking on the mask and trying to stuff the fabric around my nose. Loosenend, tightened straps on the headgear - no better. I returned the mask under the 30 day warranty (minus shipping and restocking fees) and returned to the time-trusted Sleepweaver Elan.

Unhappy
I cannot get it to seal and tightening hurts my face. I have tried both the reg and small (which I wear) sizes. Wakes me up leaking badly.

This is wonderful. No hard parts. You can see out of it for watching TV or reading. You can lay in any position you find comfortable. I highly recommend it!!!

Horrible is too kind
It was very difficult to put on, and even worse when it came off frequently at night and I had to turn on a light to get it on correctly. Very tough to get a position to sleep in where it didn't leak. But after three nights, it just fell completely apart and is impossible to put back together again so it will stay on more than ten seconds. A HUGE waste of effort and money.

Returned
The nose cushion was too large and did not seal around my nose. The nose cushion was not replaceable with a smaller cushion. The Elan product works well for me.

Leaks Air
I can not get this to stop leaking air on the top by my eyes, I've tried everything I could think of but it leaks air by the eyes and always wakes you up. I do like the soft cloth it is made of but they need to figure out a better way to make it air tight. I will be calling my to see if I can return it.

Easy & quick service
Loved the ease of ordering and quick service. I received my Sleepweaver 3D about a week before I thought I would. The Sleepweaver 3D is comfortable and easy to wear. I have used the Circadiance Sleepweaver nasal masks before but this one is easier for me to wear my glasses and read before falling asleep!
