This chinstrap features breath-o-prene materials, velcro fastenings, and a bright red color. The Ruby Adjustable style Chinstrap is available in two sizes -- Standard and Extra Large -- to fit a wide variety of patients.
SIZING: The Ruby Adjustable is available in two sizes Standard and Extra Large. The Standard chinstrap adjusts to a maximum size of approximately 22-24 inches. The Extra Large chinstrap adjusts to a maximum size of approximately 26-28 inches.

.Cheap Knockoff!
This product does not even last one week before stretching out and stops working. It's just a cheap knockoff of the original Ruby Red adjustable chin strap that's been discontinued.

I don’t know what they did with the material but the even last night. Could never recommend us again. Ruby, chin strap that I used to have originally it was perfect. What happened to that?

I ordered the M/L size ( I DON'T have a large head).... even with it adjusted out as much h as possible, it's still pretty tight. Order the extra large size...It works, just a bit uncomfortable......not great to sleep in.....

The device was very tight on my head. The Velcro was troubling to change. Had a problem putting on my Cpap device. Uncomfortable fit. Wen back to my previous head gear.

Have problem with dry mouth at night. My mouth would always be open when sleeping. Wake up with dry mouth started spending more money at the dentist. Hopefully this helps. Makes a huge difference with the dry mouth at night.

It slides and the velco comes undone. He tried twice to wear it with his CPAP machine to keep mouth closed and it did not work.

This is a Ruby STYLE adjustable chinstrap rather than a Ruby adjustable chinstrap. Very misleading. The chinstrap is very lightweight and flimsy. I sent an email requesting that they process a return.

.Works as it should, just doesn't last
This chinstrap works properly, it just doesn't last long before the inside starts separating from the outside layer. Really dissatisfied with how long all this type of chinstrap holds up. Seems like there needs to be a change made to the material or how the item is made to make sure that the two sides of the material do not separate.

Better that prior chin strap. The chin part needs to be wider so that it will stay on chin and not on my lower jaw. Puts pressure on my glands and causes some discomfort. The adjustment is OK. It does not interfere with the CPAP plumbing.

.Cheap knockoff
Be advised. This strap is nowhere near the quality of the actual Puresom adjustable chin strap. The standard strap is adjustable but is much smaller than the Puresom (too small for me). Also it is not returnable if opened (how else could you tell it's too small?). Spend a couple bucks more and buy the Puresom. What's even more disappointing is it's made in the USA. The Puresom a superior product is not. My existing strap is a Puresom so this is a direct comparison.
