Try DreamWear Full Face CPAP Mask at home and if you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the original purchase price. Love it or send it back, it's that simple!

One of DreamWear's most exciting innovations is the soft frame that directs airflow through two silicone tubes to join at the full face cushion. Because the frame is soft it adapts naturally to facial contours without pinching or pressure points; and it will accommodate almost any sleeping position.

If you sleep on your back DreamWear distributes therapy air through both tubes equally. If you shift onto your side DreamWear's lower tube compresses to maintain a comfortable seal without pressing into the skin; therapy air is channelled into the open, upper tube maintaining an unrestricted airflow at prescribed therapy levels. Optional soft fabric wraps can be wrapped around the tubing for extra plushness!

The DreamWear mask's full face cushion rests under the nose, providing airflow to both the mouth and nostrils without actually inserting into the nose or exerting any excess pressure. Because of the cushion's low profile design there is absolutely no contact on the top of the nose or at the sensitive nasal bridge. Exhalation ports on the cushion, and in the mask's elbow, quietly disperse excess air.

DreamWear features soft, single strap headgear that rests at the back of the head, stabilizing the mask without requiring over-tightening or excessive contact. The tubing elbow is located on the top of the head where it can swivel freely to help reduce drag and clutter on the bedsheets.

With its combination of a low profile cushion, a soft tubing frame, and single strap headgear the Dream Wear is one of the most minimal masks available for CPAP therapy. It provides the user with an open field of view for reading, talking or watching TV before bed.

DreamWear's frame is available in three sizes -- Small, Medium & Large. Most users will find the medium frame to be the best fit; and mask packs are available with Small and Medium frames.

DreamWear full face cushions are available in four sizes -- Small, Medium, MediumWide & Large -- to fit a wide range of noses. If you're unsure of which size to choose, download the sizing guide available elsewhere on this page to determine your best fit; or purchase a FitPack available elsewhere on this site. All DreamWear parts are interchangeable so any cushion will work with any frame size.

dreamwear family of masks

This DreamWear mask is also compatible with DreamWear Nasal Cushions and DreamWear Gel Nasal Pillows, so if you want to sleep with a full face mask one night and a nasal or pillow the next night it's easy!

  • Works for Me

I truly like the DreamWear Full Face Mask ( I breathe thru both mouth & nose, so nasal alone doesn't work for me). I previously owned full face mask with hose attachment in front; mask was bigger and marked my face, plus connection in mask was bothersome. DreamWear Full Face Mask has hose connection on top of head (this works much better for me).

  • Great Fit!

I found mask easy to adjust to fit and comfortable. I had trouble with masks that covered nose so this is sooo much better.

  • Issue with seal

If you move a lot or switch positions it seems to unseal at the nose.

  • So-So

I am a side sleeper and during the night I get air leaks by my nose and I have to re-adjust the mask. I have used the medium frame and the small frame with the same results.

  • Pretty good!

This mask is more comfortable than the other full face masks I've tried. Once I get it situated I don't have to touch it all night and usually I wake up readjusting a few times a night. It's nice to sleep through the night again!

  • Good Seal, BUT Noisy and Drafty Vents, Pulls Hair

Dreamwear Full Face Mask review, by a plump female 5-year CPAP user, a side-sleeper whose chin drops down during back sleeping. PROS: Good seal, comfortable mask. Fairly flat, nothing poking out in front. Good for side sleepers. Hose fitting on top of head keeps hose away from face. I had decent sleep on my first night, after fiddling with strap adjustments under air pressure for about an hour during the afternoon. Headgear is very soft and premium-quality. CONS: Vent at front of mask is noisy and drafty. (I taped half of it shut.) Vent at hose fitting on top of head is also noisy. (I taped it completely shut.) I found it funny that the instructions say specifically not to tape the vents shut; they know how noisy they are! Seriously though, the vents are important to keep open. The hose fitting is hard to disconnect when wearing the mask. The fitting itself is a 90-degree right angle, and when you roll over the hose doesn't really swivel out of your way; you have to reach up and twist it a bit. It would have been better to have a flexible straight bit of hose a few inches long, leading off the top of your head, with a simple swivel at its far end, and the air vent / disconnect at the swivel. The triangular hole under your nostrils seems a bit small (I had a medium size), and I felt like I had to **** air into my nostrils if my mouth was closed. The magnetic clips take a bit of practice to attach without a mirror. Finally, the silicone air-filled strap up at the top of your head catches and pulls out a few hairs when you put the mask on. I wrapped it with soft tape and that solved that problem. (My hair is 3" long.) Some strap marks on my face in the morning, not too bad. CONCLUSIONS: If you have very short hair, are hard of hearing, and don't need to detach the hose in the middle of the night, you may like this mask a lot. Sounds silly, but I'm being quite serious.

  • Quiet with a good seal

This is my first nose and mouth mask, and love the hybrid nasal pad... Much better than nasal pillows into the nostrils. No air leakage at all and no sore nose in the morning. Five stars would be it but for the fact I'm a side sleeper and the hard part of the mask is just slightly annoyong, I had to find a bit more comfortable position so it rests better against my pillow.

  • DreamWear Full Face

It is not as comfortable as I thought it would be due to the hardness of the plastic, however it does keep me from having dry mouth.

  • Best Ever

After 3 1/2yrs. of trying about EVERY full face mask on the market (mouth breather who can't use a chin strap), this DreamWear is the BEST. Most masks abraded my nose despite covers or pads, or leaked so badly, slipping out of the nostrils (hybrids) or into my mouth when my chin drops open during sleep. THE TRICK IS IN THE PROPER FIT!!! Despite measuring one size while awake it is only after several trials while ASLEEP & using the CPAP/BIPAP can this be determined. It may also require another person monitoring the events to be certain of the proper fitting and adjustments. GOOD NEWS, GOOD NEWS - The DreamWear Full Face CPAP MASK PACK with Headgear allows just that! Interchangeable parts that can fit most any face without the need to send it back, reorder etc. It is soft (does not abrade), works in all sleeping positions & is QUIET!!! Also can be cleaned using the SOCLEAN. What more could you need/want? AND........Directhomemedical.com has friendly, helpful service PLUS good prices.

  • Innovative product misses the mark for meibomitis

I was quite impressed at how this hybrid was designed. I think it will work for most people with its two hole mask without pillows, its magnetic closures, and the air tube that holds next to the head and connects to the hose at the top of the head. I tried the medium tube which wouldn't hold the cushion high onto the nose. That fixed when I changed to a small tube. Nice. However, I guess my nose is the wrong size. Large and M-wide were way to big, leaking everywhere. Small didn't cover the mouth enough. So I had to use Medium, which was close to making it, but still I was unable to make it close off the leaks on the sides. Just by millimeters! The other problem, which is not unique to this mask, is where the exhaust is directed. If you have meibomitis you don't want the air anywhere near the eyes. To look a the mask it seems it doesn't, but in practice my eyes were burning by morning. In conclusion, I think this is a fine innovative product with new features, but unfortunately it won't be on my machine.

Best mask I’ve tried in a long time!

  • The ideal full face mask!

I've tried a few full face masks, and was ready to settle on one that I really didn't care for. I saw a video review on the Dreamwear full face mask, & thought we might have a match. Bingo! This mask solves a couple of things immediately. First, the hose enters at the top of the headgear, instead of at the front of the mask, so your hose is completely out of the way. It also disperses the extra air from TWO places...a little from the mask, and a bit more from the hose connection at the top of your head. Second, although this is full face, this mask only covers your mouth, and is sort of a pillow under your nose. I have ZERO leaks, and because of the design, there is nothing in front of your nose/eyes, and thus NOTHING on the bridge of your nose! Awesome design, and I'm starting to have my best sleep and lowest apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) scores ever. I continue to get more and more comfortable with this mask. Well done Phillips Respironics for designing a mask that I think many will find to be a God send. I recommend that you get the felt straps that they sell for this mask. Happy sleeping, and cheers!

  • 'bout doggone time !

Since 2009 upon diagnosis of sleep apnea, this ole girl has tried just about every full face mask, nasal, gel pillow masks in about every brand you can name. Some would cause my nostrils to become unsightly enlarged and sore at times while others would never seem to keep a seal. The headgear on most of these many masks has literally been pulling my hair out at roots near temples. What good is treatment if your very remedy causes you such distress you are unable to sleep through the night, and then only to awake exhausted from uncooperative non-fitting masks and looking a little more bald headed each day? Fast forward to this past week. I got an information about Dreamwear's new full face mask. Ordinarily I do not favor any full face masks, but upon viewing this one at zoom level, I thought to try it since it seemed small and unobtrusive? After couple calls, I was given DirectMedical's website and I ordered immediately. While I did experience a learning curve on how to make adjustments to keep the seal on the first night's wear, I did figure it out! In the past 9 years after trying a good dozen different masks that didn't allow me the sleep apnea treatment I required, I'm finally sleeping through the night with this Dreamwear full face mask and I'm lov'n it! Yep. "Bout doggone time! This ole girl is just so very thankful.

  • Disappointed

Nearly impossible to avoid leaks. Seems comfortable at first until you run a mask fit and realize how tight it needs to be to function.

  • my FF mask to go!

I purchase my items from directhomemedical. I was lucky enough to have a friend who gave me this mask to try it on and give him feedback.. I have been searching for the right FF mask for a while now. I am guy who had moderate long beard. This mask finally delivered for me. Leaks are under control and most importantly, my nostrils don't hurt or get sore from using it. I have Amara view and I had to stop using it due to making tip of my nose sore. DreamWear works great so far and I am using it every night. When it is time to replace cushion, I will definitely order from DHM. One thing I notice, that the template for cushion sizing, put me right near border line between medium and large... and my friend sent me large. This was perfect fit.

  • Good For Flu Season

I don't usually use a full face mask because I only have mild OSA. I've been using a DreamWear mask with nasal pillows since it came out and I really like the feel of the gel. I've had a cold lately so when I saw this ad I decided to take advantage of the satisfaction guarantee to see if it would work better during allergy and flu season. It really did the trick. The fit felt familiar, because it's based on the DreamWear, but it gave me the option to breathe through my mouth and nose. I'll be keeping it for whenever I need a break from my other mask. Great new mask!
