AirFit P10 CPAP Mask Nasal Pillows rest on an integrated air chamber, with trampoline action, that adapts to your natural movements during sleep providing a gentle, secure seal even for the most active sleepers.
SIZING: AirFit P10 & AirFit P10 For Her Nasal Pillows include a size designation letter on each cushion, and a color coded ring on each cushion base, for easy size identification. Four Nasal Pillow sizes are available -- ExtraSmall (XS-Pink), Small (S-Clear), Medium (M-Gray) and Large (L-Blue). Any pillow size can be used with any AirFit P10 or AirFit P10 For Her mask.

.my head gear does not hold up as it use to.
I replace my head gear every 6 mouths and have noticed the straps seam to be stitchery then they used to be.

.Very comfortable, but the head strap gets loose.
This mask is very comfortable and simple to take off and on. The head strap gets loose and slips, it needs to be adjustable. Two things happened when I changed from Nasal Aire II to Airfit P10. I started breathing through my mouth on some nights, waking up frequently with a dry mouth. Also, I started having nasal stuffiness and started to use nasal spray to get enough air. I increased the humidity and the problems are mostly gone. A chin strap also stops the dry mouth, but how many things do you want to wrap around your face and head to get a good nights sleep?

I recently changed to the AirFit P10, after using the Swift LT for several years. I wanted a change in head gear, but I liked the pillows on the LT. The AirFit P10 was a good change because the head gear was more comfortable and the pillows are the same design.

I don't know how much more comfortable they could possibly make a CPAP mask than the AirFit P10. Really, I don't even notice it's on. The nasal pillows start to leak more after about a month and need replacing. Direct Home Medical's price is lower than my copay for the pillows at my insurance plan's DME vendor. Go figure. I ordered 3 so I can always have a new one waiting.
