Description
When a ClimateLineAir tube is attached to your AirSense 10 CPAP machine it will automatically engage a special Auto Climate Control Mode. Auto Climate Control monitors temperature and humidity levels at the mask and in the breathing tube, and adjusts automatically as required to reduce rainout and achieve optimum temperatures and humidity levels for a comfortable sleep therapy experience.
ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing also features a 360º swivel for increased freedom of movement without kinks or dragging.
CLEANING & CARE: ClimateLineAir tubing can only be used when your AirSense or AirCurve's built-in HumidAir humidifier is on and activated with water in the chamber. ClimateLineAir tubing should be washed weekly in warm water with a mild detergent. Once washed it should be rinsed thoroughly and allowed to air dry (out of direct sunlight and/or heat). Do NOT reattach ClimateLineAir tubing to your CPAP or BiLevel device until the tubing is completely dry. For complete instructions review the documentation that came with your equipment.
NOTE: This product was originally released as part number 37296. In 2024 ResMed updated the part number to 37298 to reflect new product packaging. Other than the packaging, both part numbers are identical.

This new tubing is so much smaller in diameter and it makes noise when it bends and for the first time ever my breathing through it makes noise, which disturbs my wife. This tubing has ALWAYS been bigger in diameter and was higher quality. I am concerned that this smaller tubing doesn’t move the same amount of air and I worry if my bi-pap now needs an adjustment.

Last night was the first night using the heated hose (4-25-22). It was awesome and so much more comfortable. No dry throat or sinuses this morning. It was super easy to set up and adjust the settings to my liking. Well worth it! The hose is just as long (about 6 foot) as the slim line non heated hose. I was initially worried about the warm air in my face since I don't like hot or warm air in my face. It didn't bother me at all and I think it's due to it being a gentle warmth and not harsh at all. Overall it's an excellent upgrade to my sleep therapy and would be for anyone else's.

This heated tubing is AMAZING !!! I have been putting up with condensation / rain out getting all over my face & bedding for way too long. I never knew that the solution was so simple. I think the first night I used this heated tubing was the best night I've ever had with my sleep equipment. I hsd been waking up constantly with water all over inside my mask plus spraying out the vented areas of the hose. This heated tubing solved this problem 100%. I was worried that slightly heated air might be uncomfortable or hard to get used to. It turned out to NOT even be noticeable that the air was slightly warmer. I recommend this to anyone living in a climate where rain out / condensation is an issue.

The CLA does what it is supposed to do, heat the air to match the ambient external temp. It does get a tad uncomfortable @ 81° to breathe. Sometimes it is better to just turn off the humidifier. It does take some getting use to.

Fast shipping! Over all works but strong weird plastic foul smell that my original tubing didn’t have. The original tubing was given to me by my healthcare provider which does cost more but the item number is the exact same here so I’m assuming it’s the exact same tubing. On second night smell was the same.....going to wash to see if that helps. I wonder if there was a manufacturer change? I wish it was like my original which was completely odorless.

I purchased this hose since I was having issues with rainout that was causing noise and facial moisture that was waking me. When using the auto setting it does eliminate rainout. I'm currently experimenting with the manual settings to find the most comfortable setting for me. I like cooler air and increased humidity. The Climateline allows me to change the setting to do that. Just what I needed.
