The Swift LT features a patented rotating barrel that can be adjusted to accommodate various nasal angles for a secure and stable fit. The Swift LT's soft headgear is strong and flexible to provide a secure fit that eliminates the need for forehead support and reduces strap marks and pinch points.
The dual-wall pillows sit on a flexible base, allowing vertical and lateral movement without breaking the seal, and are designed to reduce symptoms of dryness by limiting the volume of air entering the nostrils. In addition, the outer pillow inflates with air while the inner pillow offers soft, stable support. Swift LT pillows are available in 4 sizes -- ExtraSmall, Small, Medium and Large -- to fit nearly all noses comfortably.

.Would not seal
It is unfortunate that this headgear would not work for me. I have been looking for something like this for a while. No matter what I did I could not get a good seal. At the end of the night I had it so tight that my nose hurt and it still would not sit properly.

.xclnt service
been using dhm for several years for cpap supplies and they have never let me down. i am a swift lt user because it works (for me). no desire to ever change. but masks are a highly personal thing. if this mask is ever discontinued i will buy all i can.

.Hurt my nose
Tried the Swift LT for two nights: first night with the small nose piece, and the second with the medium. Because of the upward pull, my nose was very sore from each. I tried several times to adjust the headgear, but to no avail. It was either too loose to get a good seal, or too tight where it hurt my nose. I've only been using the CPAP for about 7 months, and the only mask I have found thus far that I can tolerate is the Dreamwear Nasal CPAP mask, which can be noisy because it lacks a difusser filter where the air must escape.

.My mask
I have used the Swift LT for 5 years and it works extremely well. I have tried other masks and always end up coming back to this one. I like it because it does not need to be super tight to have a good seal. After switching from the medium pillows to the large many leaks were eliminated. The only drawbacks are the straps leave marks on my face as I am a side sleeper, but after a ton of water, they disappear.

.Honest review Swift LT
After purchasing a variety of CPAP masks to find what worked for me I finally settled on the Swift LT nasal pillows mask. I found it very comfortable and it also did not leave marks on my face. I did not care for the hose going up to the clip on the top of the head gear and decided not to use it but I did add a small strap/clip to the end of the hose so I could clip it to my night shirt. This helped considerably in reducing the potential for pulling the mask away from your nose and creating a break in the seal around your nose. Remember that everyone is different and you may need to try a number of masks to find what works the best for you!!!

.Swift LT Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask
