Part of Order Not Sent

I received at least 4 Thank you's with confirmations of order and total payment was taken for payment. However, it was not until the products were delivered was, I told that one item (item of same item) was on backorder and that the date was unknown! This is my first experience with this company, and this does not bode well for my ordering again.
