The company shipped them quickly and they were well packed. My complaint is actually with the manufacturer. They did put an inner seal on the container. Though, once you open it the outer lid does not fit snuggly and it will probably let them dry out quicker than if the lid sealed tightly. I would recommend this to a friend with the caveat about the lid.

As someone with a fragrance allergy, I really appreciate having an unscented option. While these don't eliminate the need to wash or disinfect my equipment, it makes it so much simpler to wipe my facial oils, etc off every morning between cleanings.

.It's Hard To Tell
I have a new mask and six days a week use the wipes on all surfaces...After wiping the mask there is no residue found on the wipes so I don't know if it's doing a good cleansing job or not. If the mask were older, it might be possible to see more dirt on the wipes post cleansing. I wash my mask in soap and water on Sundays...I plan to keep using the wipes however just to ensure a degree of cleanliness throughout the week.

The product arrived dried up. I contacted DirectHomeMedical to exchange and can't get through so I left a voice message. Days later, nothing. I emailed them, waited, nothing. Filed a PayPal dispute, still nothing.. Do I have to file a Better Business Bureau complaint or a lawsuit for these people to respond to?

.Purdoux Mask Cleaning Wipes
Differences between the previous Purdoux wipes manufactured in Israel, 75 count wipes, vs current Purdoux wipes manufactured in China, 70 count. The wipes of the current version are stronger, perhaps even slightly larger but they don't seem to hold quite as much liquid as the previous. The previous I used to fold in half which then gave me 4 surfaces to clean: mask outside, mask inside, my face where the mask contacts, my oxygen cannula before I put it in a storage bag overnight. While I can attempt to do the same with the current, when folded, it tends to slip and not stay in the folded position. While neither was perfect, I'm sure that I prefer the previous version of Purdoux wipes that were manufactured in Israel.

I found it a little difficult to pull out at first. Figured out I was doing it wrong. Must lift lid and start it from the very center wipe, close lid and then they come out great. I found them just moist enough to properly clean the mask, inside and out, without leaving a residue. Will probably use this product on a regular basis.

.As good as Professional Mask & Tube Cleaning Wipes
I was disappointed that the "Professional Mask & Tube Cleaning Wipes" product had been discontinued in November 2018. When looking for an alternative, I read the review that it is tough to get the wipes out of the Purdoux CPAP wipes. The "Professional Mask & Tube Cleaning Wipes" was more difficult to get the first few wipes out intact, in my opinion. The texture of the Purdoux CPAP wipes is slightly more robust than the old "Professional Mask & Tube Cleaning Wipes." I bought this product as I needed a scentless product. If I could use scented products, I still prefer Citrus II CPAP Mask & Tube Cleaning Wipes.
