.Strong airflow
Nebulizer has a strong airflow. I use 5 times per day, so needed this type heavy duty unit. Only drawback is tube gets hot during course of nebulization.

.One drawback
I just bought one of these and noticed that about the first 10" of the hose that you plug into the unit gets excessively hot. I questioned it. The gal I dealt with contacted Pari and they said they are aware of the problem and are working on it. They said it shouldn't cause any problem but not to use anything but a Pari hose with it.

This is a heavy duty nebulizer it is great for everyday use. I would recommend Vios nebulizer's to those who need a reliable product.
