excellent delivery and follow-up
The product arrived ahead of schedule. My only concern was an odor (plastic or chemical) that came from within the compressor when I first used it. But after several times of letting it run by itself the smell has for the most part dissipated. Other than that an excellent product and Direct Home Medical is an excellent distributor, I will continue to use them and recommend them.

Efficient, organized and reliable
I bought a Philips Respironics nebulizer back in March. I got sick in May and had to travel with it. Afraid that something would happen to it in travel, I decided to buy a backup. I contacted Direct Home Medical via email and learned they keep prescriptions like this on file. I had my backup machine in days.

Nebulizer
This model has been very good for me, I have one at home and one in each of my cars. I only wish they came with a mask instead of the mouth piece that no one uses. I use mine about every 6 hours, they seem to hold up very well and are much quieter than the ones I had before and smaller.

The nebulizer was Excellent in all respects but one. Nebulizer, ordering, delivery, and packaging, and video were very good. However the documentation provided with the device was horrible, very poorly written, and much too small, requiring a magnifier to read, but not worth the bother of using the magnifier because the content was nearly worthless. The manufacturer of the nebulizer should have had somebody watch the video, and then rewrite the instruction paperwork.
