SIDESTREAM REUSABLE & DISPOSABLE NEBULIZERS INCLUDED
The InnoSpire Elegance comes complete with two SideStream Nebulizers: one Reusable, one Disposable. SideStream nebulizers feature an active venturi system that provides additional air flow to that supplied by the compressor, resulting in faster drug delivery and shorter treatment times. SideStream Nebulizers are easy to use with fewer parts to assemble and clean than conventional nebulizers. SideStream's unique design provides consistent delivery of medication every time.

Have used Direct Home Medical for at least 7 years. Have never had a problem with any of your products. Can get a better quality machine than what is offered through what the Dr. recommends and the cost is cheaper than what Medicare will pay for. I buy my nebulizer for what my out of pocket would have been if I had gone through Medicare. last machine through Medicare didn't work and it took me a year to deal with the company that distributed and it was a nightmare. Better to deal with the company direct. This is the second machine I have bought from you and all my disposable nebulize cups have been top quality.

Had to replace an older nebulizer compressor and chose this one. Liked it so much that I ordered a second one to replace another old one for the bedroom. This model may be a bit faster than the Essence, but is otherwise similar. Some say it’s quieter, but I don’t notice any change in the noise level. My Essence died (of old age, I assume) and I hope this one will be as reliable. Ask me again in five years.

I'm extremely happy with this product. I cannot believe how quiet it is in comparison with my old unit. And now it is only taking me about 6 minutes to do a treatment instend of 20-30 minutes it was taking prior. I would definetely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a new or replacement unit.

Machine works very well - used 3-4 times per day at up to an hour per treatment. Because the treatment is used in-line through a ventilator, we have not used the sidestream nebulizers. The tubing is very good. Wish it was available separately.

I have had this same nebulizer for almost 2 years. I use mine a lot, at least 4 times a day. I purches one last December. Just started using it a few weeks ago.I have to be prepared. Getting asthma at 41 turned my life upside down. Once I had the money, I purchased a back up. Great unit, easy to clean, and relitivly quiet. I know I would not be able to live without one of these in my home.

My previous nebulizer took forever to dispense the medication and it appeared that most vented to air rather than into my lungs. The new unit produces a finer mist and dispenses the medication quicker and more of the meds get to my lungs.

.Great Replacement
Gave an earlier model (2009) to a relative that needed it and bought this one to replace it. This new one is a better device, quieter, has integrated holder for the mouth piece and easier to handle and place, switch is in more convenient location. The unit works great and we love it. My wife gets periodic Bronchitis and this unit with Albuterol really helps her.
