Philips Respironics Gel Nasal Pillows for DreamWear Masks (DISCONTINUED)
Description
Infused with a ring of soft, flexible gel the remarkable nasal pillows found in DreamWear Gel Pillow Masks contour to the base of the nostrils creating a secure seal without pressure or pinching.
USAGE: To determine your current pillow's size, look for an abbreviation (S, M or L) on the side of the pillow. Any pillow size will fit on any DreamWear mask so if you find you want to try a different size you can simply purchase a new pillow rather than having to buy a whole new mask.
USE WITH DREAMWEAR NASAL MASKS: These cushions are interchangeable with DreamWear Nasal and DreamWear Silicone Nasal Pillow Masks, so if you want to use a gel pillow cushion on your DreamWear Nasal or Silicone Nasal Pillow Mask you can simply remove the existing cushion and replace it with a new gel nasal pillows cushion.
USE WITH DREAMWEAR FULL FACE MASKS: These cushions are interchangeable with DreamWear Full Face Masks. To use a DreamWear Gel Nasal Pillows Cushion with a DreamWear Full Face Mask both the full face cushion and headgear must be switched out with nasal pillow versions.

.Irritating noise on exhalation
So far, I've tried three different nasal pillows: 1. Resmed Airfit P30i 2. Philips Respironics Silicone nasal pillow for DreamWear 3. This one (gel nasal pillow for DreamWear) This is by far my least favorite. My biggest complaint is that the air vent makes an irritating noise on exhalation. It sounds like ripping paper. Other irritations are that it's too big and bulky. The P30i is much more streamlined and makes it more comfortable to sleep on my side. Lastly, the Gel nasal pillows do not fit as securely into my nostrils as the P30i does. At the time of writing, the gel nasal pillows did not come with the satisfaction guarantee, so be careful before spending your money.

Comfortable enough but in the middle of the night it would block my breathing and adjusting wouldn't fix it so I wound up taking the whole thing off and did without any CPAP for the remainder of the night. I switched back to my P10 pillows.

.I have enjoyed these for almost a year and still work fantastic-
It was a hard choice when it came to a mask or the nasal pillows. I am very glad I chose the Gel Nasal Pillows for the initial try-out time. I found them to be very comfortable and very easy to get used to. After nearly a year, I have no desire to switch. The only CPAP item that sometimes interrupts my sleep is the long hose. Never the pillows, even when sleeping on my stomach which I was told to "kiss goodbye". While not totally comfortable, I have been able to sleep on my stomach and turn my face to either side, and it works. Now it works best with the CPAP pillow with the "cut-out" design, but I don't like that memory foam and I sleep with a stomach sleeper "My Pillow" and it allows the nasal pillows their space. Hope this helps someone out there!

I use the small and it is still too big. Is shaped differently than others. Does not really go in my nostril. Feels like it is stretching my nose. I don't like it.
