DreamWear Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask with Headgear (Silicone Pillows)

I had difficulty at first with getting a good fit. After a week or so, I was able to figure them out. They are working a lot better now but I still haven’t had them remain in place the entire night. I’m wondering if the version without the pillows would work better. Overall they are comfortable and work really well when they are on correctly.

I ordered a medium head gear with small cushion, that was an option, received a small head gear. Sent emails several times and received no reply from customer service.

Ordered the smaller size for women and it's a perfect fit. Comfortable and reduced noise.

This new style of nasal style just doesn’t work for me. I need the original nasal pillow style but cannot find.

This review is about the ORDERING EXPERIENCE. At this point there is NO PRODUCT to review. I have been using Dreamwear Nasal Mask for years, and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. As far as Nationwide Medical goes, acquiring the necessary paperwork from my doctors office to set up my account was rather challenging. There was some difficulty with communication between Nationwide and my doctors office. When I finally reached the doctors office they said they were "short-staffed" and no one was available at the desk to answer the phone. I will add that, on the other end, the people at Nationwide were VERY intent on setting up my account. They kept me informed, via email and phone calls, all along the way, until everything was complete. After communication with the doctors office was established, and information sent to Nationwide, Nationwide sent me their signature forms, and everything went smoothly. Thank you Nationwide for your valuable assistance in setting up my account. You really took the ball and ran with it. Now, I'm just waiting to receive my first order of my new Dreamwear Nasal Mask equipment.
