Description
Hudson RCI dual lumen nasal cannulas provide control and comfort, synchronizing breathing with oxygen conserving regulators. Use of this cannula requires a conserving regulator with two ports, one for oxygen delivery and one for pressure sampling. Dual lumen cannulas sense and deliver oxygen in both nostrils minimizing risks associated with deviated septa and occlusion by sensing pressure and delivering oxygen to both nares.
USAGE: This cannula is disposable and should be discarded and replaced when it becomes soiled, discolored or the prongs become stiff. For best performance cannulas should be replaced at least once every 14 days. For complete instructions review the documentation that came with your equipment.

.Stiff as a board, inpossible to wear. Would return, but I only ordered 2 and shipping would eat most of what I paid up.
Would never order again, these are horrible, stiff, impossible to wear. They did offer to take them back. Only thing I have ever ordered from them that I have not liked.

Unfortunately, my order was placed late (16:17:48 MDT) on Thursday, May 18, 2017; I paid for UPS Next Day (Business Day) shipping (the shipping charge exceeded the cost of the cannulas). I thought UPS has some delivery on Saturdays, but apparently not even with the large fee I paid. The cannulas did not arrive until Monday about noon. My 100 year old mother was not happy as she was unable to leave her apartment in this time frame (2 extra days) due to not having intact cannulas for her portable oxygen. It's not really Direct Medical's fault, but I just didn't have a great experience overall with this oxygen episode of my mother's. If I'd paid more attention to your physical location in New Hampshire earlier in the order process, I probably would not have ordered from you as I was really hoping to have the cannulas on Saturday. I will pay more attention to sender location in the future. The order itself was just as promised and the cannulas have been in constant use.

This nasal cannula works well with my HELiOS Marathon liquid oxygen portable container. It is much less distracting, both noise and air puffs,than other brands' conventional dual conserving cannula. The tubing is a little heavier and stiffer than the conventional cannula but not to excess. I like the use of these cannulas.

Works perfectly for my use. I use it on my power chair when using 2 portable oxygen tanks with a lumen going to each tank.
