My old concentrator started having issues (naturally out of warranty) and after getting an estimate to replace the sieve beds it was cheaper to buy an new unit (with a new warranty) than fix the old one. Shipping was fast and this DeVilbis is way quieter than my old PerfectO2 which bothered my wife when she slept. This was my fourth order from Direct Home Medical and have had great customer service and fast shipping each time. A special thanks to Gina in customer support for her assistance with my questions. .Affordable, Finally i could replace the expensive rental equipment
Out of the box, thing works great, easy and intuitive to run, but i read the instructions anyway. Only thing that was not easy to figure out immediately, there is a spigot you have to screw onto the O2 outlet, so don't lose that thing! There is a new plastic smell that comes off the unit when you run it, I imagine that will go away soon.

SO far I am pleased with this machine. I hate renting from those medical supply stores, they charge you by the month and charge your insurance company and after a year if you stop and think you have probably paid for one twice.

I was being charged $175/month rental for the same equipment. At DHM's price, I could purchase 4 machines a year. I've been using the 525 for several months and the new one is much quieter than the rental. I'm happy with the purchase.
