The concept is good but it was a miserable failure In attempting to set it up following instructions I burned the roof of my mouthI couold not get it to fit properly, if I held in place it was good. But when I let it go it dropped down It was very windy sounding. The left nasal pillow kept falling off. It was very frustrating to spend 3 times of about 9 hours trying to get it to work. I had a medical professional from my local medical store putting it together properly. We both were so hoping it would work. I called her and let it know I was returning it to company. My arms are very limited in usage so I was really makaing every effort for it to work. I am returning it . Thank you for your time.

.Life Changing
I love this new mask. I had to have it shipped to a US address. Wish it was available in Canada! It is the most amazing mask I've ever used. Takes about 2 weeks to get used to and for your gums to adjust. What I hated most about previous masks were they'd always slip around and leave those awful marks on my face. This mask doesn't move once you get it figured out and no marks. Also nice and quiet. Love love love it. Telling everyone I know about it! Give this mas a try. You won't regret it.

I've been using the CPAP PRO for over 20 years. I tried many other masks when I was first diagnosed with sleep apnea but I hated the marks on my face and messed up hair! Found this one on line shortly after it came on the market and have been using it ever since. I save money by prying out the original teeth mold and replacing it with dental molds used by sports players. Wouldn't trade this "no mask" for any other mask! Once you get it set up to your personal comfort, it works great!!!

.Almost perfect (but not quite)
Generally speaking, the device works as advertised. My only complaint is that the mouthpiece is too thick. It is firm and secure and does not come out of my mouth throughout the night, which are good qualities...it just seems to fatigue my jaw after several hours of use. I am not sure how that could be alleviated, but perhaps your techs could come up with a solution if you deem it a concern that could be addressed. I made sure of a good fit when I initially did the fitting. I would also prefer a nose piece more like the AirFit P-10 nasal pillows. They are so gentle and comfortable compared to the existing nose pieces you include with the device. I am attempting to adapt my ResMed AirFit P-10 nasal pillows to your device. By the way, including a range of nose piece sizes (sm, med, and lg) would be reasonable, given the price charged. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase of the CPAP PRO Nasal Pillows 'No Mask' Setup Pack.

It took a little while to get used to it but I’m starting to have a good result in sleeping. I usually wake up every 2 or 4 hours. I’m starting to sleep longer in between and hoping it continues to where I can sleep 6 or 8 hours at a time.

.Great "mask" that solves all the mask problems
I've tried regular masks, but every time I rolled over, I thought my nose was going to be ripped off. This no mask mask solves that problem.

.Poor design and fitting
Very noisy and difficult to get a comfortable. If you get the fit, it changes after one use so you are messing with it every night. Never went more than 3 hours before a nose pillow would pop out and wake me. I tried everything suggested by manual and the company CS tech, who was very concerned. The mouthpiece is not comfortable and there are too many adjustments needed to fit properly. Like I said once you think you have it right, it changes. So super disappointed in the money and time I wasted on this thing. Company needs to take time and really get more detailed on fitting instructions by giving options, showing actual pictures and explaining the do’s and don’ts In detail. I gave this almost a year and am tired of the work involved and the no sleep nights. Going back to my last mask, Phillips Dreamwear, which after a year I tried the last few nights. What a difference. SO MUCH BETTER. Sorry, I would really do your homework on this CPAP PRO before getting it. I tried and tried to make it work to justify my $179++ investment (overpaid). Tried to return for any refund and was not allowed.

.The best appliance for CPAP users.
I have been using the "no mask" since 2012. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea but could not tolerate the straps and the inability to breath properly with the current equipment. A technician showed me the "no mask" system, not my doctor. He was not familiar with that type of equipment. I have advised many others about this system. They tried it and like it as much as I do.

.Loved it, but teeth problems
When I first got my cpap pro about 5 years ago, I thought it was the best thing since peanut butter. I told all my friends about it, and loved the convienience, and sleep it provided - in short it was all I had hoped for. Then it happened: On a visit to my dentist, I needed a new crown. He made an impression, and 2 weeks later went in to have it placed. He had to send it back twice because it wouldn't fit right, Then he commented on my upper teeth being loose, and gaps showing up where gaps weren't before. I ordered a new mouthpiece, and was very careful to align the impression, and make a "good fit" with the mouthpiece. On my next visit it was worse, and we began to talk. My Dr. was interested in the product, and wanted it to work for me, so he made a permanent retainer like device out of hard plastic, and molded a platform to it to accept the nasal pillows of the cpap pro. Unfortunately, it didn't work, as the device still pushed my teeth forward, and my teeth were still unstable. He asked me to go off it for 2 weeks, and immediately my teeth bagan to stabilize. After a couple of months, my teeth have fortunately gone back to normal, and I'm back to my old headgear. I'm really sorry it didn't work for me, but I can see where this could be a potential problem for others, so thought I'd write my story.

.Be Aware!!
I have used Cpap Pro for several years and totally loved it. Adjusting the fit was fairly easy and I slept well. Here's where my 'Be Aware' comes in .... Again I loved the Cpap Pro until a couple of my front teeth loosened. Once I realized the loosening teeth I immediately stopped using it and changed to a full mask. I for sure miss the comfort of the Cpap Pro but I didn't want to take the chance of losing my front teeth. This is just my experience with it and just a Be Alert to you!!

.impossible mouthpiece and very noisy
5 years cpap user...was so looking forward to this item. I molded it to my teeth as directed and found it very uncomfortable, my lips would not close around the hard tray which holds the flexible/moldable material, but which also attached all the other equipment, so not removable. The diffusers are also very noisy, much louder than may current mask. Had I known, I would have saved by 169.

I have tried many CPAP masks including the CPAP PRO. I tried the CPAP PRO for several nights and found the mouthpiece uncomfortable and the nasal contact made my nostrils sore. Sorry I hadn't gotten the return guarantee before making the $149.00 purchase. The company was professional and delivered as promised.

.Teeth hurt after 2 hours
It puts pressure on my lower jaw and after 2 or 3 hours my teeth are killing me. I also gag trying to put it in my mouth. I think it goes too far back and is too thick.

.How Comfortable

.A little innovation
I started using this device 9 years ago. Great device, but the pillows started coming loose during the night. Found that a small elastic hair tie was all that was needed to keep the pillows pressed inward perfectly. I recommend this product to everyone I know that has sleeping/snoring disorders. My wife is extremely grateful.

.Very Disappointed
The CPAP Pro is very noisy compared to my mask. Not sure if the nasal pillows are the right size. The swivel was a waste of money. I could tell no difference with or without it. All in all very disappointing as I thought it was going to be a great replacement for my full face mask.

.CPAP PRO for beginners
I've been using this for about a week and have not been able to wear it for more than 2-3 hours. I keep trying and hope to get thru the night soon. I've been a cpap user for 8 years and have no issues with the old standard mask except for some mild headaches in the morning that I think come from the straps. Also, they mark up my face for several hours after I get up. I will continue to try to use this new device and hope it works.

Perfect performance. Ridiculous price for spares. This unit is silent if you just align the nostril pillows properly. Fit the bight correctly and there will be no issues with movement.If the nostril pillows become disengaged through movement during the night you absolutely have a bight fit problem. Please try re-fitting your nomask if you have abandoned it. I had 8 years of torture with masks. My nomask worked the very first night. I slept 8 hours straight that night and every night since. Wonderful product, superior service.

.Could NOT make this work!
I have been using a Tap Pap and thought this looked more substantial. It is, but the mouthpiece is really heavy, and despite several attempts at fitting it, it just slipped out of my mouth. The nose pieces did not seal well, and overall, it was awkward and awful.

I received my chap no mask nasal pillows earlier this week. I cannot tell you how wonderful this product is. I absolutely love it! No more head gear to get tangled or pull my hair out. No more mask to leave marks on my face and cause me skin rashs and sweating. I no longer dread bedtime. From the first night I used it, I have be able to sleep comfortably. Months trying to adjust to it like with my mask. It feels like I am not wearing any sleep apnea gear at all. As a R.N I feel that if all sleep apnea patients were offered this no mask solution, all sleep apnea patients would be much more compliant with using their sleep apnea machine. I have used a cpap for 5 years. Luckily I could use the small mask that just covers the nose. I tried several variations first. But--it still had the harness. Hair always a mess. Lines on my face lasting throughout the day. So I got the cpap pro--on my own dime! It's a miracle. Followed the directions. Excessive saliva only the first night. I love it. So easy. Fits perfectly. CPAP pro is great. Easy to set up and very comfortable to wear. My only complaint is the you cannot specify the nasal pillow size when you order. So, if standard is too small, you have to pay extra to get the correct size.

Have the patience to get it properly adjusted and you will even use it for short naps. It is comfortable, not cumbersome, and interferes very little with sleep when properly adjusted. Only problem that can be a disadvantage is that the tubes tend to split after too much strain and then leak. It takes about 10 minutes to repair and you are back to sleep. I find this happens about every six weeks, but it is a small problem that is far outweighed by the positives. I would suggest that you practice a tube replacement before you need to do it in the middle of the night. If you are physically unable to do the job, due to lack of strength or a physical impairment, have an emergency set up to use until you get it fixed.

.CPAP-PRO - Not worth the money
I purchased this mask and tried it for 2 weeks. I could not get used to the mouthpiece, and found that the nasal tubes came out very easily when turning over. I generally sleep on my side and this mask didn't suit me. I also is quite noisy and kept my partner awake most nights.

Love my "no mask"!! It took my husband and I both reading the directions and making the adjustments to get it right. He could SEE how to make the various adjustments, and I could FEEL the mask fit, but trying to talk while I had the mouth piece in place left us doubled over with laughter. I sounded like Darth Vader, and had to pop it out to speak normally. We got it set up, and it was great. If your nose pillows are giving you trouble, try another size. It comes with medium size, but I order large size and they "fill" my nostrils properly. Yes, an extra set is pricey, but worth it.

.Air pillows
I like the idea of no head straps, but after only 6 months my air pillow keep coming off in the middle of the night and last night one of them split open. Was going to order new ones but really (too expensive)!!! The are thin rubber! Now I feel like I wasted (my money) for 6 months and have to go back to head gear I have worn for 2 years and still work.

.Disappointed
Once I heard about this product I could not wait to use it. A night's sleep without that awful headgear. But (and it's a big but!) the tubes need to adjusted constantly and the slightest move breaks the seal and good luck trying to adjust the tubes and pillows without having to get up. You need to bite down constantly or the cpap pro is useless. Great idea! It didn't work for me.

.CPAP PRO Mask
While the mask seems good (I can't imagine using anything that would wrap around my head (claustrophobic)), it is extraordinarily expensive. Just looking at the components, especially the mouthpiece, I can't believe I've paid this much. However, I do need air... Also, I need the large nasal pillows to get a decent seal around my nose. When I order the full mask, I see no option to get the large nasal pillows vs. the med-sized that automatically come with the mask. Given the price of nasal pillows by themselves, I am paying a lot for something I cannot use (the med pillows).

I am sleeping longer and better than ever before. It does take a little time to get use to it, like two nights!! Conventional Mask are just torture... the man that invented conventional mask had to be a sadist!! The CPAP Nasal Pillows, non-mask Mask is comfortable and does not make one claustrophobic!! Kudos to the inventor of this product!!! If done correctly, insurance picked up the tab, minus deductible!!

I've used the CPAP Pro for 5 years now and will never go back to a mask. I have a very small mouth and have no trouble with the mouthpiece. Occasionally, I wake up at night having to adjust the nose piece, but also did with a mask. I really like that I wake up without mask and headband marks on my face. Overall a great product - worth the out of pocket expense if you can afford it.

This product starts with a great idea. But,it is too hard on the bottom teeth and takes a lot of adjusting to fit right, and adjusting again each night or with position changes. I melted the mouth guard several times and still had too many rough edges after trimming with resulting raw areas on my tongue and roof of my mouth. I was also concerned about the possibility of loosening caps/crowns/veneers with each removal of the mouth piece. I would look for improvements and might try it again then. Insurance didn't pay for it and it was not worth the out-of-pocket investment at this time.

.ONE MOUTHPIECE DOESN'T FIT ALL
I think I would've like this unit except the mouthpiece didn't fit comfortably even after several reboils to see if the material would finally work. I was advised I'd haveto have a custom fitted mouthpiece through a dentist. My dentist was willing, but it would cost $350 to have it made!!! I couldn't see speding that kind of money.
