Cannula Comfort Cushions are made of soft, extremely flexible, medical grade silicone. Designed to provide crease protection and tube support for your face, Cannula Comfort Cushions also prevent tube collapses, shifts and rolls while letting you wear cannulas comfortably, 24-hours-a-day, even when you sleep!
Cannula Usage: 1. Lay your nasal cannula tube on a flat surface with the nasal barbs pointing toward you. (The curvature of the barb should be facing downward.) 2. Place one of the cushions under the tube with its groove facing up. (For best results, ensure the cushion is about 3/4" away from the nasal barb.) 3. Press the tube into the groove and place the cannula on your face as you normally would. 4. Enjoy true cannula comfort with no pain, no creases, and no indentations. 5. When replacing your cannula, just remove the Cannula Comfort Cushions from your existing cannula and apply to the new one.
Face Mask Usage: To use Cannula Comfort Cushions with a face mask, place the mask on your face, then tuck cushions under the elastic straps and insert them into the cushion's groove.

.Don't bother
I was very disappointed with this product. My skin got sweaty underneath, even in winter. They are heavy so tend to pull the cannula out of my nose. Don't bother. I recommend the fleece pads instead. They are comfortable and lightweight and do actually prevent marks on my face for the most part. Also I was very disappointed that this company did not give me a refund. In this day and age, a refund after a failed product trial is the standard. I won't be purchasing anything from them in the future.

.Still leaves marks on face
I bought these to prevent the tube marks on my face during the night. However, it still leaves a mark on my face but now wider than the tube. It also makes my face sweat under these 'cushions'. I have added some fleece to the underside of the 'cushions' that lay against my face and this has helped a lot. The fleece eliminates a mark and prevents the sweating.

.Comfortable especially in cooler weather
Very comfortable. Helps me sleep and no lines in the morning. I can understand what someone said about them making them sweat in hot weather, but I use the AC if it is too hot. I don’t sleep well when it is too warm anyways, so not a problem for me.

I wear these mostly at night so my cannula doesn't smush into my face. During the day they're too much for me because I'm up and about as much as possible.

After a few days of use I noticed a rash on both cheekbones exactly the shape of the cannula covers. Had to stop wearing them

.Sweaty!
To me, these are not comfortable. I woke up twice during the night because of perspiration on my face underneath these silicone pads. Very disappointed and a waste of money! I will go back to using cut up pieces of **** liners.

.Works Great!
This is my second time ordering because I now have personal experience that the cushions work perfectly. No more deep grooves on face that take hours for them to go away. Now I wake up in the morning, put on my makeup and I'm no longer self-conscious when going out in public. Whoever invented these should get an award.

I've dealt with a lot of cannula lines in my day, red marks and soreness all the time. These things are cool on the face and they really do work. Nicely thought out. Thanks.
