AirTouch N20's UltraSoft cushions feature lightweight, breathable memory foam that delivers unprecedented comfort and a light, breathable seal -- even at high pressures. UltraSoft cushions are much more adaptable to facial features than traditional silicone cushions; and they're breathable so the cushion feels more natural on the face. Three cushion sizes are available -- Small, Medium and Large.
AirTouch UltraSoft cushions should not be cleaned like traditional silicone cushions, instead they should be wiped down daily with a mask cleaning wipe and then replaced after 30 days of use. For complete instructions review the documentation that came with your equipment.

Ingenious magnetic clips, on the lower straps, guide the headgear into the mask frame so it is quick and easy to put on and take off with a simple twist. AirTouch N20 masks come with Standard Headgear however Small and Large headgear is available separately for a more custom fit.
EASY TO USE QUICK RELEASE ELBOW
The AirTouch N20 CPAP mask features a quick release elbow with squeeze-tabs so it's easy to detach with one hand if you need to get up during the night. The elbow rotates 360° and includes an independent tube swivel to reduce tubing pull and drag. Diffused venting, built into the elbow, delivers an ultra quiet performance. Horrible
Got this because they did away with the N10. This one is horrible. It pushes into the side of my nose and hurts and has rubbed raw spots. I wish they would bring back the N10. Never had these problems with it.

I wanted to like this mask
There were several features that made this mask unsatisfactory but the "deal killer" is that the air is released from the mask through a hole as a stream. It doesn't have the diffusion that other resmed masks have. It really aggravated my dry eye even with my eyes shut. My cat didn't like the airflow either. The other less problematic issues were the nose piece is higher and visible all the time making it claustrophobic and the mask put light pressure on the cervical spine area that was uncomfortable. I'm going back to the P10.

Best Results
Love almost everything about this mask, especially for side sleeping. The memory foam is comfortable and prevents leaks. My only complaint is the way that the nasal cushion is removed from the mask portion. It's a little difficult to remove and almost feels as though it's going to snap. Luckily, it only has to be removed and replaced on a monthly basis. Other than that, it's given me my best results of the 4 masks that I tried (N30i, N30, F30i and N20).

Bad mask material
The mask material (thin membrane) moves as you breathe and you can feel the pulsing which keeps you awake. My CPAP level is only on 9 cm also. I think a solid mask would remove this hindrance.

Outstanding comfort
Size large, got a good size nose and aside from my wife not liking air from the small holes blowing on her from my mask, I have no issues. Over 1 year of use so far of this model.

Fits nice and secure
I have tried several mask. For me, most have been bothersome, move while sleeping and cause skin irritation. My head is rather small, which limits me on mask. That combined with my nose size and shape makes it difficult to find a good fitting mask. This one fits nice and secure. Very little leakage or or movement while sleeping. Yes, at first it does seem like a lot is on your head. However, the feel and support is worth it. Another plus about the mask, is the soft foam fit of the cushion against your face and the easy care of cleaning it with a mask cleaning wipe after use. The only downside is the expense of replacing the cushion once a month. I have found that mask are a personal preference. What works for one person, may not work for you.

A bit claustrophobic
I have awoken several times with severe dry mouth, had to purchase chin strap to prevent, so much on my head is claustrophobic. It is just okay comfort wise. I am really struggling to find a decent mask since my favorite one has been discontinued.
