  • Love the Memory Foam

Love this cushion. I have been unable to get my medical equipment company to order this cushion for me. I asked them to get the F20 with memory foam and they got me an Airfit with a silicone cushion and told me they don't know why they call this memory foam it's just the same as the others! Love the softer feel of the memory foam on my face. Bridge of the nose pain is gone and performance as far as air leaks when I reposition is equivalent to the silicone cushion. I hope to get my insurance to pay for this cushion, but will buy myself if they won't

Not a secure enough fit to keep air right.

  • Memory Foam Is The Best

This is the best full face mask. The memory foam material is very comfortable and there is less leaks. I still have to adjust it very carefully, but once it is right, I get a great night's sleep!

  • Great idea, poor results

I have been using the F10 normally and have always needed to use a fabric mask cover to keep from sweating under the silicone seal and having the mask move around at night. When the F20 Airtouch with a memory foam seal rather than silicone came out, I immediately tried it. Unfortunately, I have never been able to get the Airtouch F20 to seal correctly around the top of my nose, even with the mask adjusted numerous times. It always leaks directly into my eyes at some point during the night and wakes me up. Really frustrating, because the overall shape of the F20 cushion is an improvement over the F10 and the memory foam was comfortable. If it sealed well, this would be a big win.

  • New R20 foam mask

Not as good as the regular R20 mask. It is soft but seal is not that good and mask does move around a lot.

  • I was Hoping?

I've been on BiPAP for 2 1/2 yrs, permanent mouth breather with large & tender nose. Full face is a must! Hoped the AIRTOUCH F20 would do the trick since AirFit F20 blistered my nose. There were NO leaks. It's VERY COMFORTABLE. 1st night - great with minor redness but going away in a couple of hrs. 2nd night - red & tender. 3rd using with RESZZZes liner- red & blistered. So disappointed! Now back to the Hybrid which is louder and often develops large leaks.

  • Softer Edge, but Still Leaks Badly and Wakes Me

When the AirFit F20 came out, I immediately bought it, hoping that it will fulfill it's claims; it didn't! The plastic edge was hard, sharp, and dug into my face, and after a few hours, leaked badly, so that I would have to take it off. So, when the AirTouch came out, making further claims, I immediately bought it and again hoped for better. It is better than the AirFit, in that initially, it is much more comfortable on the face. But, it still leaks badly in the middle of the night, even as I tighten the straps. So, again, I can not sleep through the night with this mask, and I usually change to the DreamWear or the GoLife, but they too are less than desirable. Also, the AirTouch is designed for only one month of use, so replacement costs are triple the AirFit. The good of the AirFit design is the head harness, which is the best of any competing design of the many masks I have tried. At least, the head harness is compatible with both the Airfit and the AirTouch masks.

  • A mask that finally fits my face

I have a narrow face with high cheekbones. This masks doesn't care. Finally I have a mask I don't have to gerryrig to stop leaks.

  • Big Improvement over Silicone!

The memory foam is such a great innovation and should be deployed to other products. Comfort is increased greatly next to the skin and have not experienced any leaks. This is my new "go to" with the full face mask!
