I ordered the AC power cord because the price was the best I found and it was exactly what I needed. I started needing the whole charging unit and ordered what I thought was a complete charger based to the displayed ad showing the separate AC power cord with ther charger unit and its cord that attaches to the portable oxygen concentrator. But when the shipment arrived there was no power cord. I made several attempts to contact the company but they just completely ignored me. I wrote them up for it and they did not get a good rating for sure, BUT since then they have added in bold type that the power cord is not included. Outfits like that should be prosecuted.

The Power cord for my husbands portable air machine, went for a walk and never returned home. This is the second, really the third company I tried to replace the cord. Everything went smooth except for my computer skills and I placed two different orders for the same plug. I received a phone call from the Company questioning the double order. Lost the ac power cord for my cpap machine and while other places carried it, the prices were way out of line for a simple cord. Not only did Direct Home Medical have the cord at the cheapest price but their 2 day enhanced delivery charges were more reasonable than other sites. Will definitely shop here again.
