Representative was very pleasant and helpful. Talking with a live person is SO much better than going through numerous phone prompts. A real plus these days. English was very clear and easy to understand.

I have an older model - travel Cpap. I needed new supplies and worried that I would not be able to find them. DHM - the sales staff was wonderful. She helped me select what I needed and offered a few helpful pieces of advice at no extra cost!
