The ergonomically designed AirPillow is 3D contoured with fine Variable Thickness Silicone (VTS) that is just 0.04 inches at its thinnest point and 0.12 inches at its thickest.

.My Remedy for Aggravating Masks!
Due to head and neck surgeries, I have scar tissue that is aggravated and painful with pressure. I gave up my CPAP because the supplier I go to through insurance had limited masks options. Found this online through Facebook and it's the answer to my dilemna, the headgear is is ultra comfy and I use the single strap, although the adjustable strap is super comfy, too. Add the ultra silky soft nasal pillow mask and I was in heaven! I nearly cried, it was such a change from those big, clunky masks. I have to admit it would be great to offer them in different sizes, since nostrils are so very different, but until then, I'm hanging onto mine for dear life. Thank you F&P!

The nostril inserts are too big. My nose stays sore and has ugly scabs all the time. Not happy at all.

.Comfortable, but very flimsy
Got mask several months ago and fits well. Air pillow eventually fatigued and tore a hole. Purchased replacement pillow and $22 flimsy piece of plastic lasted less than two weeks.

.Sore nose
The openings are to large, tried for a week and my nostrils are so irritated and sore that I had to stop using it.. There should be different sizes for women and for men.

Over the past 20 years, I have used all types of masks. This one is Great. I don't have to have something stuck inside of my nostrils, with the "pillow" creates a nice seal with the edges of my nose. Best I have ever used.

.horribly BIG nostril insert
Who in the world dreamed up that one size of nostril inserts fits all??????????My nose is so, SO, SO sore that I can't use the machine. The way the headgear fits is wonderful compared to all the others that stretch woman's cheeks and create marks and wrinkles, but does anyone read the feedback????? How many people need to say that the nostril parts are too big??

.Pillows too Large
The pillows irritate the inside of my nose which seems to be a common problem. I have tried the CPAP cream and even padding the sores which are quite bad. It would be nice to have a smaller insert to try because I need the CPAP at night.

.Now I can sleep again!
This pillow is delicate but awesome! Mine got a tear so I ordered two more from direct home as they were the least expensive. They came very quickly. I don't like to have any headgear and this mask is the best. The pillow does not irritate the inside of my nose as others have. The best do far, I just wish it had ear straps instead of the head band.

If you fight at night with your CPAP. Buy this one, I had over the years all kinds of face ear and nothing was comfortable. This one stays on all night and if your a side sleeper it works great. I use it with a hose riser and finally getting some all night sleep.

.Need mask for smaller nostrils
I have very small nostrils and sometimes it is next to impossible to get these to fit well. Makes inside my nose so sore I have to pull off in the middle of night. Got so bad the other night I had to skip a night to let my nose heal. I am also having problems with moisture accumulating inside the pillow. Otherwise, it is a wonderful product.

.Need different sizes for Pillows
You seem to only have one size of pillows that fits inside the nose and it must be made for a man or a woman with huge nostrils, as the pillows are so huge for my smaller nose and irritates the inside of my nose, so I tend not to wear it very often. My former BiPap Pillows were sized extra small and did not irritate my nose, but I was told you only make one size of pillows which seems rather ridiculous; nobody's noses are the same size. I am ready to go back to my former Bipap headgear, unless you can come up with a better solution such as a smaller size of pillows. Thank you.
