  • Not bad.

Wish it had a double strap for better stability. Other than that it's working great.

  • No staying power

It helped with sealing issues, however I had a problem with the strap staying on my head. This resulted in loss of air.

  • Works OK

Nice and comfortable. Stays in place when I put the Cpap headgear over it. Does not keep my trap shut enough, but better than nothing I guess. The nice red one would seem to irritate one behind the ears and cause me to itch so i didn't consider it even though it might work better.

  • Waste of money

I bought a chin strap and it was a complete waste of money. it would not stay in place and after putting it back on several times threw it in the drawer and it has been there ever since.

  • Weak and moves

I bought this (as opposed to other models) just to see if a chinstrap would work with my full-facemask CPAP. It worked without interference, did not cause leakage. However, I found this strap to be weak, and when I tightened it enough to be effective it usually slips off the apex of the top side, and stretches quickly (couple days). So I found this strap to be quite ineffective. Afterward I bought the adjustable Ruby one instead (buy bigger size), and it works with my full-facemask too, but not without issues either. Perhaps if you need very little pressure to keep your mouth closed this could work for you. Also in my non-professional opinion teeth-grinders should avoid chin straps.

  • CHIN STRAP

It seems that it will be what I needed but it keeps slipping off during night so I will have to keep adjusting it to find the right fitting.

  • Doesn't keep mouth closed

Construction appears good and it is comfortable. However, it does not keep the mouth closed. Since the strap is a thin single piece, it can move through the night and reduce the force needed to keep the mouth closed.

  • Too slippery to stay in place

This strap is terrible. The portion under the chin is made of a slippery, soft fabric that won't even stay in place long enough to fasten the straps. I managed to do that once, but the strap slipped off before I could even lie down. I recommend looking for a better designed, more stable strap.

  • Chin strap

    Won't stay in place overnight

  • Comfortable

I have tried so many chin straps, this is light weight and does not bind or dig into my chin. It feels thin but gives me what I need to keep my mouth closed during sleep.

  • Chin strap

Works as advertised, I move a lot during sleep & change positions. The strap on top moves and falls off.

  • Single Strap Chinstrap for CPAP Therapy

Best strap I have found for my very sensitive skin. The dart seams are a little irritating; however, I use the head liner from Remzzzs mask liners to line chin strap and have no problem then. The most satisfactory chin strap I have tried.

  • Didn't work for me

It kept slipping forward and didn't keep my big mouth shut!

  • BY the hair of my chinny chin chin

Does an excellent job of keeping my jaw closed while I am sleeping, even with my sleep apnea.

  • Works Great

Light weight, comfortable, stays in place and keeps my mouth shut. Great product for the price.

  • Smaller Size

The strap is smaller then my old one it looks the same in the picture but did not fit my head as the old one did so back to using my old one after washing it.

  • Single Strap Chinstrap

I spent most of the night adjusting the strap, 4 times. My wife spent the night sleeping in the spare bedroom since I still snored.

  • Love Direct Home Medical

I need a chin strap to try out an oral appliance for my sleep apnea. First place I looked for one was at Direct Home Medical. The prices are great, the customer service people are knowledgeable, and anything I order comes sooner than I expect it to. The chin strap is small and very comfortable.

  • Single Strap Chinstrap

The strap keeps sliding off my head in the night. If I tighten it to try to prevent this, it is very uncomfortable under the chin and neck area. Disappointed in the design.

  • Slips around

I tried this because I wanted a chin strap that covers less of my face than my existing ones. Unfortunately, it slips around quite a bit at night, and I wake up with a dry mouth, which means that I'm not keeping my mouth shut. I didn't find that issue with my chin strap that connects at the top AND the back of my head.

  • Slips out of position nearly every night

When I picked this up at the med supplier, I thought, 'A single band strap on an ovoid shape can't work too well.' I was right. When it stays on, it's great, but nearly every night I wake up at some point with dry mouth and the strap askew. I readjust it and get back to sleep. Some nights it's just one readjustment; other nights I have to adjust it two or three times, and occasionally, I just take it off because it's not worth the hassle.

  • This Strap Works

They are not kidding when they say this strap works. No more breathing through my mouth, and I am sleeping better. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it is difficult to get the straps to lie right. One of them usually sticks out. Also, it does leave marks on my face, but I may have it too tight. Most importantly, it works.

  • Single strap chin strap

I wore the last one out over the last five years and bought two this time as you have a great product. My mouth automatically comes open while sleeping and my mouth gets so dry it is very uncomfortable upon waking up. I cannot sleep without the strap now and goes where I go!! I have tried all your competitors and yours is the best one on the market!!

  • Wonderfully comfortable

This works great due to the simple design principal. One adjustment and very comfortable. I move around and the strap stays in place without having to cinch it so tight it's uncomfortable! I have attempted to use ones with multiple straps and adjustments, this is much better.
