I ordered the original mouth piece for my nebulizer and they sent me the cheapened one. There is a mouth piece that has a tube coming out the back and this design allows much of the medicine to escape out the back of the device. The original one has a valve which contains the medicine. One can easily tell that the cheap one is not working as well because the asthma does not relent as fast and there is no ‘lift’ from the medicine. I find that all asthma medicines, inhalers or nebulizers, cause a sort of light headedness and if that is absent I can tell that I am not getting the correct dose. I was really mad and called my credit card company to challenge the charge. There is no excuse for sending the wrong medical equipment.
