First time using this company

It was easy to place & complete my order. I paid for priority USPS shipping and the items were delivered a week later. Items arrived in perfect codition. Only drawback was there were no instructions on how to use my or attach the waist belt for my P2 premium backpack.and it is not just a common sense only goes on one way interpretation.

I had a promo code for my purchase, but I wanted to can in a reward to help lower the cost. I want able to add the reward. Contacted the company, but haven't heard from them to de if I can get my reward back or add it to my purchase.

Better than I expected

The product was delivered earlier than expected. I was told that it would arrive after the holiday but it came before so I was able to use it 3 days earlier. Also the cs was great.
