Salter's Christmas Tree Adapter is made of high grade plastic, with a built in wing nut to resist breakage, and deep grooved barbs to prevent oxygen leakage. It is available in two colors -- dark green and clear.
This Nipple Nut-and-Stem adapter is a universal fitting compatible with a wide range of stationary and home concentrators including those from Respironics, Airsep, Invacare, Medline, Drive Healthcare, 3B, etc. It is not needed for most portable or travel oxygen concentrators.

.Fixed my problem!
I have a very old pulmoneb with a nonfunctional outlet. I was able to super glue the **** nut to the outlet. There are no quiet nebulizer compressors these days which is what prompted me to try this. It works great!
