.Terrible Product on my 2nd dead one!
I have already replaced this faulty item once, it died before even 20 uses and would not charge. So here I am with the new one and after ONLY 16 times using it it no longer takes a charge! The screen flickers like crazy trying to get to the cleaning portion then it just stops with s beep! This is so messed up. An expensive product that doesn’t work which really blows bc this is a matter of health. So disappointed and discouraged.

.Ozone
I have some concern with ozone emitted. I like smallness and item portability. Howerver, despite exactly following directions, my eyes, mouth and throat were irritated and i was somewhat dizzy post cleaning. I now clean early in morning and let parts have exposure to fresh air all day long. I wonder if the bag attached is an issue. I have a Dreamstation 2 and had to purchase an adapter to connect hose to mask.

.Quick and easy
works as advertised. Fits heated hose. The CPAP unit fits in bag for easy storage after use, and fits nicely on my nightstand bottom shelf. DirectHome customer service was excellent. My machine had a screw loose banging around inside, I contacted DH and I had a replacement in 3 days.

.Works well, could use better bag
I chose the Virtuclean instead of a more expensive unit because it's more portable and doesn't attach directly to the CPAP. I like it; but I would prefer a different cleaning bag style. Could be just me but this one seems a bit bulky for what it does.
