  • The Best

This is for me the best chin strap that works. The one provided by Medicare is grey and is worthless.

  • Ruby strap a different material

I use to love this strap, but they seem to have gone to a thicker less flexible material which has made the chin strap too tight for me. I look like a chipmunk with my cheeks full when attempting to wear.

  • Perfect for a women's small head!

I have had such a hard time finding a chin strap small enough for me. I have small head and this is the best for me!

  • My experince

I followed the instructions and did measurement before ordering. I chose the fixed strap because the adjustable indicated for large sizes. The ruby red small was very tight, it helped some,I found it to uncomfortable to continue wearing it.

  • These are very tight / small

The measurement directions are not valid. I bought based on the sizeing instructions and it was very, very, very tight. Could not get it on. Repurchased a Large, it is also very tight. Please consider this review. They told me that since I did not buy insurance there was no return allowed on my initial purchase. The material does seem nice, so I think if it fits you might find it to be a good product.

  • way too tight

I was confused about what size "normal" was and called and was told that it was average and what most people ordered. I actually have a small head and thought it might be too big however it is unbelievably tight and I can't wear it at all. It would help if it was adjustable.

  • ruby red chinstrap

I was a little disappointed in this.. I was thinking that this was like the one I had about 4 years ago. The difference in this one is that its a heavier material. The other one was made of more like a spandex material and lighter, but I will keep this as a back up

  • Ruby fixed sized chin strap

This is the only chin strap I have found that keeps my mouth shut at night. It's a little too tight but I need it to be as I fight to drop my jaw in my sleep. I got a size small.

  • Save your money

Although well priced, I found that the non-adjustable is very uncomfortable. The chin cup which is a sewn V shape doesn't acomidate your chin well. The lower strapes cuts under your ears and is quite painful. Save your money and buy an adjustable model.

  • Painful

Put it on, it was painful, way too tight. Finally fell asleep for about an hour then the pain woke me up. Couldn't adjust it for comfort so I took it off and threw it across the room. Shipping was very fast though.

    Fit poorly.

  • Chin seam

I'm new to the chin strap and my Doctor recommended the Ruby as the most aggressive and thats the idea to keep my mouth closed. My complaint is why is a seam necessary in the middle of the chin, that being the pressure point. Why couldn't the cup be contoured to eliminate the discomfort of the seam? The other is the vertical strap could be positioned slightly aft to avoid the strap covering the edge of the eye when the strap shifts.

  • The Best Chin Strap I've Used

I've tried several chin straps and most of them don't quite do the job as well as this one. I prefer the sized one over the adjustable. The only down side is it does not retain it's elasticity and has to be replaced fairly often.

  • great

it is great the straps are all attached so the velco is not there to come apart when you move in your sleep. easy to get on and off, but sorry it is as hot to wear as all of them but not something anyone can help. If I can get my husband away from the controls of the weather in this house it might not be hot at all.
