One of DreamWear's most exciting innovations is the soft frame that directs airflow through two silicone tubes to join at the nasal cushion. Because the frame is soft it adapts naturally to facial contours without pinching or pressure points; and it will accommodate almost any sleeping position.
If you sleep on your back DreamWear distributes therapy air through both tubes equally. If you shift onto your side DreamWear's lower tube compresses to maintain a comfortable seal without pressing into the skin; therapy air is channelled into the open, upper tube maintaining an unrestricted airflow at prescribed therapy levels. Optional soft fabric wraps can be wrapped around the tubing for extra plushness!
UNDER-THE-NOSE NASAL CUSHION
The DreamWear mask's nasal cushion rests under the nose, providing airflow to both nostrils without actually inserting into them or exerting any excess pressure. Because of the cushion's low profile design there is absolutely no contact on the top of the nose or at the sensitive nasal bridge. Exhalation ports on the cushion, and in the mask's elbow, quietly disperse excess air.

This mask includes updated DreamWear Headgear with arms to deliver a new level of stability and performance. DreamWear Headgear with arms has a unique slip-resistant design that helps keep the mask in place throughout the night. The soft, single strap headgear that rests at the back of the head, stabilizing the mask without requiring over-tightening or excessive contact. The tubing elbow is located on the top of the head where it can swivel freely to help reduce drag and clutter on the bedsheets.

.Nice fit, no nose pimples!
Had the nose pillow style which worked for some time, but then started developing nose pimples which kept getting irritated by the in-nose pillows. Switched to this style, still not the full face mask but the external pillow ended the irritation, haven't had nose pimples since. Fits well and is actually more flexible for all sleeping positions.

.Different!
It's different from masks I've used over the past 30 years I've been using CPAP. Positives: more comfortable and quieter Negatives: I don't feel I'm getting as much air up my nose and I'm having much more difficulty keeping my mouth closed so that I'm not breathing through my mouth rather than through my nose. I've not had that problem since the first few weeks I used CPAP many years ago. Am considering devising some sort of soft chin strap to keep my mouth closed.

.Updated Headgear with Arms a downgrade
The updated Headgear with Arms has removed the quick disconnect from the hose, a feature I like a great deal. They've also changed the nose piece. Neither the small or medium nose pieces fit right and are very noisy since they changed the vents on both the top of the headgear and on the nose piece itself.

.I love the DreamWear mask!
I cannot rave enough about having the hose extend from the top of the apparatus compared to from the canula device. I flip and flop constantly, and I don't even notice with the DreamWear headgear. The Philips Dreamwear Mask is also a huge and lovely change from the in nasal pillows. The DW hugs my nose and surrounds it versus the nasal pillows that were making marks and red patches under my nose. Of course, that may have been from the drag of the hose that extended from it. My only complaint, which is not truly bad, is the headgear comes in medium and I have to tighten it as small as it will go to keep the mask secure. I never knew I had a small head or that medium was that large. The small pillow mask is perfect, so thankfully I was able to choose the pillow size in my purchase. I highly recommend The DreamWear for anyone who has to use a CPAP. It is worth the extra money for a more comfortable nights sleep.

.Exceeded my expectations! Great fit, no leaks, works awesome with side sleeping
I have been on CPAP therapy for 11+ years. I needed to move on from a full mask (ResMed Mirage Quattro Full Face CPAP Mask) a few years back. The hard full mask mask was leaving marks, and constantly slipped/ leaked when I went to sleep on my side. I tried the SleepWeaver set of masks, full and nasal. The SleepWeaver masks were far more comfortable, and tolerated side sleeping better. I ended up staying with the nasal mask (SleepWeaver 3D Soft Cloth Nasal CPAP Mask) for about 18 months. I still fought leaking problems, but big improvement over the hard full face mask. Then I found the DreamWear Nasal CPAP Mask and decided to give it a try. WOW! I have finally found the mask I needed!!! Great fit, quiet, no leaks. I am able to sleep on my side without ANY issues. This mask exceeded my expectations. I cannot see a reason to search for a different mask any more.

I was unsure as to whether I needed a medium or small mask. This item had both. I received it within the promised time and the order was filled as expected. I now know the proper size mask to order in the future, as well as the relevant replacement parts, should purchase of them become necessary.

.Very Comfortable!
I've had a CPAP machine for about 10 months. When I first got it from the local office, there weren't many display options to sample. Thinking of my past sleep habits, and because I was a mouth breather sleeping with my mouth open, I initially got a full face mask. It was good and I thought it would be the one for me forever. Over time, with face marks and tossing and turning in bed causing leakage, I always wondered what it would be like to get a nasal mask and if I would be able to sleep with my mouth closed. I wanted better seal along with less face marks too. So I ordered a DreamWisp Nasal mask that covered the nose, including the bridge. That mask was an improvement, however, it started to create a problem on the bridge of my nose. Even though I was getting a 100 sleep score and little to no leakage, the mark on my nose was worrying me about what the long term affects would be. So I ordered the DreamWear Nasal mask that just goes under the nose and doesn't touch above the nostrils. I get a good seal, great sleep, and I can sleep with my mouth closed. I love that I tried it and found the mask I wall always use forever.

.I used this new head gear for a 90 night trial.
The arm allows the head gear to stay in place a lot better. I had issues with the head gear band slipping up or the area that attaches to the top of the head (The hose area) would slide down. The little arm gave those areas of the mask support and it stayed in place much better. I couldn’t feel the arm at all. Also, the strap that rest on the back of the head was slightly fuller or one piece (rather than two smaller slits) and that also allowed the strap to stay in place. I found while testing the gear I slept better due to the gear staying in place and not waking me up with air flow noise if it slipped off my nose while I side slept. Also the weight of the hose didn’t pull down on the top of the head gear when sleeping on my back causing pressure on my nose. So over all I was very satisfied with the new “arm” and I’m happy to see it’s available for purchase. I’ve been a cpap user for four years. This is my favorite head gear for my type of mask.

.Updated Head Gear Makes Mask more Stable
Been on CPAP 15 years. Dreamware best mask I have used. Have used many masks. Had problems with most. I am a mouth breather. My machine shows a RED FACE every morning but by AHI's are normally in the 2's.
