INNOVATIVE SOFT, SILICONE FRAME
One of DreamWear Gel's most exciting innovations is the soft frame that directs airflow through two silicone tubes to join at the nasal pillows. Because the frame is soft it adapts naturally to your facial contours without pinching or pressure points; and it will accommodate almost any sleeping position.
If you sleep on your back DreamWear Gel distributes therapy air through both tubes equally. If you shift onto your side DreamWear's lower tube compresses to maintain a comfortable seal without pressing into the skin; therapy air is channelled into the open, upper tube maintaining an unrestricted airflow at prescribed therapy levels. Optional soft fabric wraps can be wrapped around the tubing for extra plushness!

Infused with a ring of soft, flexible gel the remarkable nasal pillows found in DreamWear Gel masks contour to the base of the nostrils creating a secure seal without pressure or pinching.
SIMPLE, SECURE HEADGEAR & TUBING ATTACHMENT
DreamWear Gel features soft, single strap headgear that rests at the back of the head, stabilizing the mask without requiring over-tightening or excessive contact. The tubing elbow is located on the top of the head where it can swivel freely to help reduce drag and clutter on the bedsheets.

DreamWear Gel Pillow Masks are available with three different pillow sizes -- Small, Medium, Large -- to fit a wide range of users. You can choose the pillow size you prefer in your shopping cart; or if you're not sure which size you need you can select a FitPack with all three pillow sizes so you can try each one to find your best fit. For added customization DreamWear masks are available with three different frame sizes. Most users will prefer the Medium frame regardless of their pillow size; but Small and Large frames are available in your shopping cart.

When sleeping on your side the mask frame (air flows through the “frame”) gets flattened making it so the air is blocked. So I have to either sleep with my face half way off the pillow or on my back. Going to try something different...

I must have tried so many types of mask's, (oh the number is too high to count) and I found this mask so far the most comfortable, it does not feel like a facial vise grip! Also nice is that it's easy to put on and remove and there is no problem if you want to read a little before sleep wearing reading glasses!

.Dreamwear Gel Nasal Pillow Mask is pretty darned good.
I will admit that this mask did not QUITE fix all the problems I had hoped it would, but it for darned sure fixed more than 80% of them... which is why I gave it four stars instead of five. I may be being overly critical, but for the record, this mask hurts my upper lip too... but it doesn't hurt ANYWHERE ELSE at all, as my previous "face cup" nasal masks did. Certainly worth the extra money ($79 as opposed to $49).

After using nasal pillow masks for years where the tube comes out of the nose portion, I decided to try this approach where the air comes through the straps and the hose attaches to the top of the head. I was concerned that, being a side sleeper, the air would not come through properly. It works great and not having the tube to flop around when I change positions is a big improvement. Best pillow mask I've ever tried (and I've tried many).

I had the same style pillows from nuance. Somehow these the vent up front pretty much whistles perhaps too loud. Giving a try with other sizes but I may switch to cushions instead, same mask. I DO like the mask gear a lot.

Very comfortable, easy to use, perfect as an alternative to my amara view full mask. The only thing I didn't like were the nasal inserts as they make my nose a little sore, quickly ordered a full nose pillow which I can't wait to try.

This is a very comfortable mask. I like that it has velcro that really enables me to keep it secured to my head. I also like that I can wear it while reading and watching TV. Also I love that I don't have indentations on my cheeks in the morning; and that air doesn't blow on my eyeballs while I'm sleeping. I put my hair in a ponytail, not too low, and the strap in the back goes underneath it. I tighten the velcro straps and get a really nice seal. No slipping. I can roll around and it stays tight enough. Best mask ever!

This is my second Dreamwear mask. My first was the non-pillow. Both are very comfortable to sleep in. I can sleep on either side and not have the tubes collapse against my cheeks.

I new to the world of CPAP/BiPAP. This nasal pillows contraption is by far the best equipment that I have used so far. There have been a few times that while I was half awake I was looking for it next to my bed just to find that it was on....it's that comfortable! I have every style of mask, full face, 1/2 full face, nasal and another nasal pillows, none have worked as well. The price was fair to boot!!
