Description
The SoftGel cushion is the first ever gel cushion to offer ResMed's renowned performance and quality. The dual layer cushion is designed to adapt to individual facial contours, creating a comfortable fit with ease.
SIZING: The Small SoftGel mask uses a smaller frame size then other SoftGel masks and therefore the Small cushion and clip can only be used on small SoftGel or Activa LT mask frames. Medium, Large and LargeWide Softgel and Activa LT masks all use the same "standard" mask frame and therefore their cushions and clips are all interchangeable.

The replacements are cheap, ill-fitting, and of poor quality materials. Double gel is the only way for a rotating sleeper to keep a good seal!

.The Gel style is much better for a big nose.
This style tends to put too much pressure on the nose. Would recommend the gel style, both fit mask frame in this model and the gel is much easier to wear. For me this is style cushion is a poor fit, never lasted more than a few hours at night wearing it.

The structure of the mask walls start to soften after a few weeks. This requires a continuous tightening of the head straps to stop leaks. When my face hurts from the tightness, it's time to reorder. It's much more comfortable at first than the non-gel.

Direct Home MedicaI ordered a Resmed cpap gel nasal mask. It was delivered promptly but upon wearing it for several nights (28 days) found that the gel cushion irritated my left cheek. adjusted, readjusted and readjusted with no relief from the irritation.
