The System One REMstar includes all of the features you expect from a sleep therapy system including a wide pressure range (4-20cm), patient adjustable ramp, manual altitude adjustment, data card, and a universal power supply. In addition it includes basic therapy tracking with compliance reporting capabilities.
SYSTEM ONE HEATED HUMIDIFIER (INCLUDED)
Many CPAP users find that the addition of heated humidity to their sleep therapy system improves comfort and helps with overall compliance. The System One Heated Humidifier delivers optimum humidity, drastically reduces rainout, and provides ultimate comfort throughout the night by analyzing and adjusting to ambient temperature, changing environmental conditions, relative humidity, and therapy flow. Revolutionary Dry Box technology isolates the humidfier's water source from the inner workings of the device to protect against water damage.
SYSTEM ONE RESISTANCE CONTROL
The REMSTAR 150 is compatible with all CPAP masks, but if you're using a Respironics mask then the machine can provide a custom experience with Resistance Control. System One Resistance Control achieves complete system comfort by enabling the device and mask to work optimally together. Through simple settings, Resistance Control instructs the device to compensate for variable resistance characteristics related to different masks.

Had the unit a little over a year when the heating element went out, so now instead of warm humidified air, I get cold humidified air. I'm guessing this is what causes condensation, because usually 5-6 hrs into sleeping, I'm waken by water in my nose and end up taking it off. Does me no good if I can't wear it.

.Great machine and price!
This CPAP really made a difference in my sleep and it is easy to operate and very quiet. I bought a second one just in case I need one at a second location or for some reason there is a problem, I will have a spare to pull out.

It is definitely worth it. Great product, I use it every night and even when I take naps (very rare that I get that opportunity). I need this product as my previous product was stepped on and cracked. I was able to also get the suspension sys to go with it for a penny.

First foray into the world of CPAP. System has worked well, is relatively quiet. This CPAP unit has every function that I could ask for and would recommend it to others. Of course this is the only unit I have ever used so I don't have any comparison data!

very happy! It doen't completly fill up my lungs with air, like my old one does. It just seems like breathing normal. AND can't even hear it running! The carring case is pretty flimsey, but overall I'll like it.

This has absolutely been a life saver. I didn't know I was literally dying in my sleep until I awoke because I stopped breathing. Once I gave myself two fists to the stomach to get wind into me again and start breathing again; I raced to the doctor and he asked why I wasn't sleeping with the machine. I told him it bothered the new dog (and me). He explained how badly I need it. The puppy got over it and I wont sleep or nap without it. EVER. LOVE my CPAP. LOVE MY LIFE
