The System One REMstar AUTO includes all of the great features you expect from a sleep therapy system including a wide pressure range (4-20cm), patient adjustable ramp, AUTOMATIC altitude adjustment, data card, the latest "flex" comfort technologies, and a universal power supply. System One Humidity Control with Dry Box

System One Resistance Control
System One Resistance Control achieves complete system comfort by enabling the device and mask to work optimally together. Through simple settings, the System One Resistance Control instructs your APAP to compensate for variable resistance characteristics related to different masks. Advanced Event Detection & Response
The System One REMstar AUTO tracks, and adjusts therapy levels to respond to, many common OSA related events including Hypopneas, Flow Limitation, Respiratory Effort Related Arousal, Snores, and Leaks. In addition the REMstar AUTO can detect many symptoms beyond classic OSA -- such as clear airway apneas and periodic breathing -- that may indicate the need for specialized therapy.

The A-flex in this unit is a huge improvement over the c-flex on my old Remstar. It is much more comfortable and my compliance has improved. Now they need to make a similar advance in mask technology and design.

The a-flex is a big improvement over the c-flex on my old Remstar. Much more comfortable and has improved my compliance. The next area needing improvement is mask comfort. I use a fisher-pay kel 407 which is the best I've tried so far. The humidifier is a little awkward to clean, but works ok.

.Amazing Difference
Just replaced my old CPAP (>5 years) with the Auto 550 with A-Flex. What an amazing difference. It is much quiter, and has very little of the back pressure that the old unit did when I exhale. Don't even need the ramping function anymore. The humidifier is a little harder to fill, but not a problem. Very satisfied with the unit. Wish I had changed sooner.

First a huge thanks to the staff of DirectHome MEDICAL, their knowledge of the products and services is first class. REMstar AUTO 550, a CPAP that is everything I was hoping for. Few products are as good as their advertisements... this is one. This is my fourth system, with A-Flex breathing is effortless. Humidifier with heated tubing is the answer to dryer fall weather. A first class machine combined with world class service.

.A safer Wife
Got the Cpap in mail much sooner than I thought it would come. I'm very pleased with it and price paid for it. My wife sleeps much better and has more energy through out the day. She is happy and so am I.

.Remstar Auto 550 Auto Cpap
This is my first machine for apnea. It is easy to use and simple to begin using. I am satisfied with the unit and would recommend it. I have not gotten used to using the heat settings as it made me feel warm and uncomfortable. For now it is fine without heating the water, I am preferring the cooler air flow. The service and delivery was fast.
