I received the tracking of my order from UPS and it said Cannot deliver, NO delivery address. I called Direct Home medical and within 24 hrs. they corrected the issue which was UPS'S fault as there was an address label and received my Merchandise the next day.

These pillows have a very good seal and are comfortable to wear. They stay on well during the night once the straps are adjusted properly. My wife doesn't care for the exhaust port location. She says it blows air on her if we sleep facing each other.
