USAGE: When traveling, the carrying case is for carry-on luggage only. The carrying case will not protect the system if it is put through checked baggage. Do not travel with water in the water tank.

My old Luna bag was a bit beat up. This is a good replacement. The strap is adjustable and there's a divider to separate the CPAP from accessories and a pocket for papers. Works well.

.Don’t buy it
Super inconvenient because there isn’t a strap to carry it/wear on your shoulder. It was a nightmare traveling through the airport with it along with other luggage. For obvious reasons I didn’t want to check my cpap machine. Having to carry it by the handle was a nightmare.
