.Anyone want an Inogen?
My dealings with the staff were excellent. They were kind and patient and answered my dozens of questions. My 3 star rating was for the Inogen G4. It’s very noisy. The actual motor and the burst of air sound are significantly louder than the research I did implied. I kinda hate it….Ok, I hate the noise a lot. To be fair to customers, my request to Direct Home Medical would be to make your return/exchange period longer than 7 days. I would have exchanged mine had crazy life not chosen that week to get in the way.

.Light weight
I'm thrilled to have this unit. I've not been getting out as much a I would have liked d/t the weight of the other heavier O2 concentrator hurt my shoulder and lower back. My insurance would not cover this lighter unit so I purchased myself and was well worth the investment.

.So Small & Fluffy!
Okay, it's not fluffy but it IS soooo small! I'm used to my tanks and I still use them sometimes but now that my son bought me the Inogen G4 I'm not sure I'll need the tanks for much longer. I can carry my concentrator with two batteries and an extra cannula and have a great afternoon out with the girls. I love it.
