.please fix the Velcro tabs
I've been using cpap for 15 years... so I'm pretty experienced using various kinds of machines and headgear. the Nuance Pro headgear has very poor velcro tabs that fall pop loose after a few weeks of use. this is very annoying and wakes me up. Please fix!!X

.Poor headgear coating
The coating on the headgear starts to drop off after a few wash. It will be better to design the headgear without any coating.

.Re configure head gear
Needs of designed so it doesn't continue to hit sides of eyes. Very, very annoying. Also, foam-like head piece for rear of head does not last long and looses it's strength and flexibility. Shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure how to do it. (Or maybe that's who designed it....)
