DreamWear single strap headgear is made of soft, fabric and foam that rests at the back of the head, stabilizing the mask without requiring over-tightening or excessive contact. The headgear is highly adjustable with velcro straps to fit a wide range of patients.

USAGE: This headgear is compatible with DreamWear Nasal and DreamWear Gel Nasal Pillow Masks. It can also be used with the DreamWear Full Face Mask IF the cushion on that mask is swapped out with a DreamWear Nasal Cushion or DreamWear Gel Nasal Pillows. This conversion procedure can be useful for people who like to sleep with a nasal or nasal pillow mask some nights and a full face mask on other nights.

I love the DreamWear Nasal CPAP. It is by far the most comfortable, well designed mask I have used. It's weak spot is the headgear strap. The velcro and elastic are prone to wearing out, hence I am ordering another one. The strap tends to move upward during the night, causing the nasal pillow to leak a little bit, so I usually ended up putting back in place once or twice a night. (New strap seems a little better.) Still the best system yet.
