    The head band never attaches correctly. The pillows have picks that go inside your nostrils which break your skin. I had to use coconut oil-based ointment to bare the pain and ease the wounds. I had to use this headgear because it was EXTREMELY expensive, so I didn't want to feel I wasted money; since you can't return them. I will definitely go back to Swift pillows. I don't know what I was thinking. These are horrible.

    I do like this mask. It gives me a more constant fit, so air won't leak out. I do have a suggestion for the pillows. I would like to see the nose piece e a little bit stronger where your nostrils and pillow meet.

    I ended up with two of these masks. I’m not sure how but I’ll definitely be returning the one I didn’t open. It’s not terrible but the first two nights I found that it was all over my head while I slept. The problem is that the lower white strap is loose and there’s no way to tighten it. Very annoying. On night three, I used two snap hair clips on the lower strap to try to keep it in place. The hair clips are the type that are flat so they aren’t bad to sleep on. It’s not ideal but better than having it slide all over my head. I can’t recommend this mask. The design needs to be changed so it can be tightened.
