ComfortSelect's nasal cushion has two layers for added support and a textured surface for a soft, comfortable feel that won't slip or shift during sleep. Like all Respironics Comfort Series masks the ComfortSelect is 100% Latex Free.
HIGHLY ADJUSTABLE DELUXE HEADGEAR
Each ComfortSelect comes complete with "one size fits most" Deluxe Headgear. Deluxe Headgear stays in place without over-tightening, distributing tension evenly for a stable fit without painful pinching. Deluxe Headgear has wide velcro tabs so it can be quickly adjusted in eight places for a secure, custom fit. Ball-and-socket headgear clips make it easy to put on and take off the mask without undoing or loosening any straps; so once you've found YOUR perfect fit you won't ever lose it!
ADJUSTABLE FOREHEAD SUPPORT & PAD
To improve comfort at the forehead, ComfortSelect features a wide silicone forehead pad that distributes pressure evenly without pressure points. In addition the adjustable forehead support arm lets you modify the fit to eliminate leaks.
SILENT EXHALATION PORT & 360º SWIVEL ELBOW
ComfortSelect features a "silent" exhalation port that evenly disperses air away from the user for quiet, draft free operation. The 360º Swivel Elbow allows tubing to be channeled in any direction and move freely as you shift during sleep.

.Comfortable but 1 major problem for me
The mask is so comfortable, I wish I could use my humidifier. I wake up every morning with bits of water. Never had this problem with my other mask. I am keeping it in case of emergency only also can not afford the postage return right now, I have gone back to using my older mask and doing fine now. I have called in and talked to a CSR and everything she asked me about was of no help. I live in the high desert, so it is very dry here. My Machine is lower than my head. I have never moved my machine, it was suppose to work with my machine and I have checked for the tubing and the fit of the mask, all are fine. But I can not wake up with bits of water in my mask when I only have the Muidifier set at 1. Nothing has changed in anyway on my side except the mask.

I did not like using this mask. It blew out excessive air from the outlet end, would not seal after one light wash, was noisy and uncomfortable.

Exhalation forces leak around mash which makes noise during use keeping me and partner awake. Mask a bit large for a med.

If you want to spend big bucks that's fine. But I can tell you I've used a cpap for 20 years and this mask worked for me right out of the box and I'm totally happy with it. Inexpensive but works fine for me. And shipping was better than expected!

.Not for me
This is probably a good mask for someone but not me. I tried all three sizes and none fit well. But the main problem is that if I opened my mouth during the night my throat closed off completly and cut my air supply waking me. I think I just can not use anything but a full face mask.

Even with straps on too tight the mask leaks like crazy. It needs some type backing such a gel.

The head strap is very thin and it does not stretch much. I'm soon going to return the masks. It all ready leaks and I have used it for two weeeks

I have been using the Comfort Select Mask for over 10 years. It is without question the most comfortable CPAP mask I have ever tried. Regretfully this mask is no longer being made. I ordered 2 along with several replacement cushions.

.Best mask in seven years
I had no problems with ordering my mask. I was not sure about the medium mask since all my previous mask orders, we're large mask. Very surprised great fit, it does not leave marks on you face like the other headbands. I can finally sleep on my side, which I have not been able to do in years. I am going to order another one so I can make sure that I always have a spare.

.Disappointed
This mask is soft and could be very comfortable but I cannot get a size to fit my face. It does not conform to the bridge of my nose. I'm sure it is my face and not the mask. I wish it fit because I like it.

.Full to Nasal: Aha!
I've been fighting full front masks for the last two years. I kept hoping ONE of the manufacturers would get it right. They didn't. Instead, I would pull my head gear straps so tight I had lines on my face until noon. The Velcro covers elsewhere on this site were absolutely mandatory. The seals only worked for me when I tried to sleep on my back. I HATE sleeping on my back. Oh yeah, I move around a lot. Since I breathe through my mouth while sleeping. I figured I needed to use a full face mask. I didn't. I took to the nasal mask right away. This particular model is exceedingly light and the straps are only there to position the mask. That appears to have been what the full face straps were suppose to do the same thing- but anytime I did it...leak after leak after leak. Turns out the air pressure was suppose to look the masks to my face. But turn once in bed... I started to fight the darn thing. in fact. My wife told me one morning that I kept her up with all the whistling and me moving around trying to seal the thing. If you're having the same issues- get one of these... fast. I haven't had so much as a single leak since it came to the mailbox. I'm not exceedingly sleepy anymore, The nasal mask stays on all night, every night. Highly recommended!!
