  • I have used one for years.

Wearing the No Mask is far less cumbersome. As long as I change out the nose pillows on a regular basis I have been very pleased with the device.

  • The right product at the right time.

I have used the "boil & bite" mouthpiece since 2013. I have never had it break or fail in any way. I like the feature that I do not have any straps or security devices to use my CPAP. After my sleep study the technician had me try several masks or similar devices. None of them were comfortable enough to allow me to sleep normally. One even caused me to have a nose bleed. Then she tried the "boil & bite" mouthpiece. It was wonderful, it allowed me to breathe naturally. It allowed me to exhale naturally, which none of the other masks I tried accommodated. I discussed and showed my dentist and he approved my use of the device. I have not experienced any dental repercussions due to use the "boil & bit". I will continue to use it until I can no longer breathe.

  • Repairing the mouthpiece

I've been using CPAP Pro for years, but after some time the "boil and bite" moldable part delaminates from the base.

  • Extremely difficult to fit

I tried multiple times to fit this mouth piece and followed the instructions to a tee. I give up and will go back with the cpap tap pap model.

  • No-Mask supplies

Since my local medical equipment supplier does not carry the no-Mask products, I have been using Direct Home Medical to purchase what I need. This company is prompt and my orders have always been correct. Good job ! Thanks !!!

  • The happy alternative

The hospital that originally supplied my equipment sent me accessories for the wrong machine, then wouldn't accept them back and charged me for them. Since then I've been using Direct Home Medical. I can see what I'm getting before I order it and I do believe their prices are better than the hospital's.

  • Good but overpriced.

The product is fine. However, it is greatly overpriced.

  • Best CPAP

After 4 or more years of CPAP masks leaving marks on my face I saw this and thought "that's the answer." It is. Sometimes I have to heat the mouthpiece and readjust it. Sometimes I have to loosen screws and turn nose pillows. It is all worth it. I sleep better. My husband sleeps better. It is like I am not using a CPAP. I am so happy that it works for me.

  • excellent product

This is the only product I can use for my CPAP due to severe claustrophobia. With this product I use my CPAP every night. I cannot sleep without it.

  • Making a difference

Originally I used the face mask that includes straps and headgear. It worked ok until the straps began to make marks on my face. Then is used a headband under the straps to compensate for the moisture. A friend told me about the C Pap Pro. As with anything new, it took a little time get used to it. I started rotating it in with my nights of face straps. After a about two weeks, I went totally C Pap Pro. I sleep better as I am not messing with straps, head bands and repositioning everything. The mouthpiece lasted about 6 months before the gel piece popped out of the plastic piece. It actually makes it easy to clean but after 6 months, I just ordered another one. I really prefer the cpap pro and it really makes the difference.

  • Mouth Piece too large

I was very excited to use the CPAP Pro as I welcomed the opportunity to not have a mask. However the Boil 'n Bite Mouthpiece comes in only one size and that size is too big for my mouth and I can not close my mouth over it and it hurts my teeth. As mouths come in a variety of sizes, I don't understand why you don't offer small, medium and large? When I called about this, Marie sent me a few supplies to take to my dentist to make something, which would cost a bundle. Unfortunatley I am out $100.00 because I can't take advantage of what I am sure would have been a device I would really like....the nose piece and the rest are great.

  • boil and bite mouthpiece

I would really like to give it 5, but for the following reason below, I cannot. I have TMJ, and I bite down hard on the piece...breaking it. I asked my husband to cut off part of the plastic piece on the left side (this is the side that causes the most problem). He cut off about 3/4". AND this actually works. Since this is the only comfortable mask I have ever worn, I love it. Have you ever considered making it out of the same material as the bite piece? I know it would not be ridgid, but that may not matter.
